According to her LinkedIn profile, she began working as an associate for Blackrock, Inc. which is an asset management investment firm that, as of this writing, manages over $3.19 trillion in assets. After moving on from Blackrock Inc., she became a director of Give Something Back, which is a part of the business and supplies equipment industry. However, her leadership does progress to Executive Vice President of BioCell Technology which is the creator of BioCell Collegen a featured benefit of Jusuru.
This is a very fascinating career path because there is nothing that mentions her involvement in MLM or network marketing. You have to wonder if this company will be able to operate with a leader who has never had a team of distributors before. So the question remains as to how Ishaq will use her knowledge of finance and business supplies and equipment to run a health and wellness network marketing company? Not much is disclosed on the official Jusuru International website about the other members of the leadership team. This raises a huge red flag for me??

This will be something to look for as the President and CEO doesn't disclose a history of network marketing experience. I wonder if Jusuru International has corporate MLM leaders on the team because it is a red flag for me that they do not list them on the corporate website. However, they do have a strong product that can compete and as long as they produce top level recruiters on a consistent basis, everything should fall in place.
This MLM has a great compensation plan and you can obtain a copy from the corporate website. However, the number one problem in most MLM's is that there is no useful training system in place. The support is dependent on the upline and the reality of the industry is not disclosed to distributors. In ANY network marketing company, 95% of the distributors will fail or quit. This is due to a lack of training and support. If Jusuru International wants to succeed they will need to implement a training system that will transform their reps into master marketers. Period.
