You can use an ecourse to build your authority to do with a topic while, at the same time, providing your subscribers and visitors with useful knowledge and experience they can build on themselves. In this article you'll find out how to have your customers help you create it, how it improves your relationship with customers, and how it helps you understand your topic.
1. Your ecourse has not got to be a completely finished product. In fact, you can get feedback from your customers to continuously make it better. Simply, have the first version of your course and offer it as a beta test, at a cheaper price than you'd sell the fully finished product. Then, as customers offer advice and suggestions as to what needs to be included and developed, you can be making it increasingly better, and, most importantly, better in terms of what customers are actually wanting to see in it.
2. You may or may not have as good a relationship as you'd like with your customers and subscribers. However, once you're in more regular contact, at least with some of them, then relationships can develop and improve, even if they're already good. Also, those who respond to your course will be differentiating those who understand more clearly what you're trying to communicate to them.
3. Let's say you write a course on getting traffic through social media. The more you write and produce material on it, the more you'll be thinking about it in greater detail, and the more you'll understand about it. Also, it'll stimulate you to have new ideas of your own as your brain makes different connections. Then, once customers are making suggestions for improvement and what they want to see in it, your understanding will increase even more. On top of that, you'll see the topic and the course more and more from the customers' point of view.
