When you want things to change and you need help make sure you have a team you can count on. We all have one. You may have one of your own or several different teams. You may have a team you use for business, a team for spiritual guidance or just a team of people you like to have fun with. If you want your life to significantly change it is a lot easier when you have a support team.
Don't think because we are using the word support that this makes you appear weak. Even the people at the top of their game have a team for support. Most self-employed people are the hardest working people and they try to do everything themselves. They go into business because they think this will lead to freedom, but instead they feel trapped.
Truly successful business people leverage people, time and money. Systems are like a team, they can help you generate profit and time. Look at big business, the head of the company has meetings with his team to discuss new ideas and gets input from others. Using others is the key to building a strong successful enterprise.
If you want to go slowly through life then go it alone. When you want things to be easier ask for help, use tools, read books and whatever else you can think of that would make it easier.
Join up with people who help you keep your focus on what you desire and who make you feel good. Do not focus on how bad things are, just focus all your energy on what you do want and solutions that will keep you on purpose. You can use people on your team to support you in turning around your thinking and situation. They may not have all the answers, but they can assist you in keeping your eye on the ball and reminding you that you will succeed.
When you are asking a member of you team for what you need, be very clear and specific. In order to get what you need when making a request, be sure you get a "yes" reply. When you are interacting in this way you are setting up a new way of interacting with others. Some of the people on your team will give you exactly what you request, while others need reminding. It is always up to you to get what you need.
Make sure the people on your team bring in the intention that the support you receive will be empowering and for the highest good. If you do not get this from a particular team member do not suddenly dismiss her. You keep seeing the team and you wining the game in thoughts. This type of behaviour works well in all relationships, whether there is a goal you are working toward together or you just want the best for them. Team players always want to work with you. It is their desire to help you in attracting the solution you want. This relationship should feel good for everybody involved.
