Choose the option according to your blog's abilities, and there will be instructions that will guide you to what you will need to do to complete the verification process. The simplest thing you can do is to 'add a meta tag to your site's home page', which will require you to add the HTML codes given into your blog's template. Once you have saved the settings in your blog's template, you can come back to the verification page. Then, click 'Verify', and you are done.
