So, how can you make working at home fun? First, you need to decide what fun is for you. Knowing what is fun and what is bothersome is necessary. Sit down and make a list. This list does not have to be just your own. Get your family involved with it. Ask them what can be fun about working at home. Make this list and itemize it in its importance to everyone.

Now that you have your list prepared, devise a plan how to implement them into your daily work activities. Just because it is listed as fun will not mean that you can implement that activity into your business. But that does not mean that you can't still do these activities. Taking scheduled and regular brads during your work routine is a must. No one wants to sit in front of a computer all day in the corporate world, so why do it at home? During these breaks, do the activities that could not be in your business. Play a quick game of cards with the kids. Go for a short walk outside. Read for 30 minutes or longer if you choose. Do whatever makes you happy.

One of the best ways to have fun with your work is to mix it up a little bit. Try not to perform the same tasks at the same time of everyday if at all possible. If you write articles in the morning and shoot videos in the evening, switch them around. Make a video of yourself playing cards or a board game with the kids while on your break. Avoid spending too much time on any one task. That is what takes the fun out of, especially when you spend hours and hours doing the same thing over and over again.

Have your spouse or children come up with new marketing ideas for you. This can really be fun when you are able to get the viewpoints of your product or services from them. You never know, they might come up with something that you may have never thought of before that will have amazing results. Split test these ideas and have time and product specific challenges and great rewards for whoever comes up with the best campaign.
