Type in your email. If you do not remember click the "forgot your password." In a few minutes you will get an email to change your password.

On the drop down menu under my account select "add an image." You will have 4 choices for loading your picture. Choose the one that you want to use. After Gravatar gets your picture you can crop it. You can pull on one of the corner squares to make the crop box bigger. Click "Crop and finish." Choose your image rating. Some websites will only allow images that are rated G, some will allow PG images. Then there are other sites.

Now when you visit a blog and leave comments, your image is automatically added. People will be able to put a face to a name. This helps build give you credibility, because people tend to view a picture as more credible than just a name. The reason is people like to know you are real and Gravatar can help you prove it.
