Now, when people search for your keyword Google will display the listing to your document and although your website itself may not yet be listed by Google, you will have created a means for those using Google to find details about your site and where to find it.

Obviously, you can also use the piece that you have written as a blog post. The fact that you have used a frequently searched for keyword will also help your efforts toward getting your blog recognised and indexed by the major search engines.

If also, your blog is linked to your rel=nofollow marketing website then again, this helps in getting you more web presence which ultimately, of course is what you are after.

After you have published the piece to your blog make sure that you then 'ping' your blog using one or more of the free pinging services available online. This will help get it out there and help gain you more readers.
