The cheaper the printer you buy the more likely that it will not be economical in the long run. With toner especially, these can run into hundreds of dollars for replacements. What is it that your business is most likely to use? If you are going to be printing out hundreds of invoices per day for example then a laser printer is probably a better option. But if you are using a printer to print high resolution photographs for clients, then an inkjet would be better suited for this purpose.
