There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement as a work at home mom. But it may not be for everyone. The great things about being a WAHM are that you can set your own schedule and you can be home to take care of your family. The potential problems can include feeling isolated when you are home all day and trouble juggling work and taking care of the family.

You have to learn to balance your work and your family life in a way that nothing suffers. This is the biggest challenge for many women who work at home. Deciding to be a WAHM is not something to take lightly. Often times the best people to talk to about making a change is your family.
