I have written about how to succeed in Multi-level marketing in quite a few articles and would like to explain a few techniques I use that help garner success.
The first is marketing through social media. Social media (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Bloggin) is and has been the "in" thing for the past couple of years now, and if a person is not involved in it, then they are missing out on some great opportunities when it comes to network marketing. In this particular network, every single day you can peak someone's interest who is in your social media group of friends or followers and get them to see what you are promoting or talking about. Now, there is a fine line with this. I do not recommend posting dozens of links daily and pushing what you are doing down other's throats. Keeping things interesting and getting people interested in what you are all about is the key. I have found 600 words or less to be about that magic number. Obviously some topics may require more....which is ok...but try not to be too wordy.
The second is marketing through "article" marketing. Publishing articles that other might want to read or may get a lot of hits (this article can be considered an example of that). The key with this (and I am using key for lack of a better word) is hitting on the key words that people might be searching on their search engines. Think about how you search for things. Think about how others might. There is no point in writing articles that no one is going to find (does anyone who puts a search into google that has 38,000 hits go to see what is number 35,698 on that list? No, they look through the first 5-10 pages max). You would be better off keeping your own personal journal with pen and paper if you do not have the best key words and best worded articles. How to determine good key words is more than half the battle. Do not ramble in your articles. Keeping people's interest is the key. Hard to accomplish if over 700 words. AN example I give of how I have become adept at article writing is an article I wrote. Coming from a lending background people always asked me whether it was best to go to a mortgage broker or mortgage banker. The "Refinance Broker Vs Banker" search on Google yields 1.87 million hits on Google.....my article is number 7 as of the date I am writing this article (4/6/2010). Is that a coincidence? I think not.
Another route to consider is video marketing as well. With MLM's, getting yourself out to the internet population is not really difficult. However, getting people to get a personal connection with you can be difficult. Doing video presentations and getting them on-line where people can find them is another step. Maybe someone reads an article you write and Googles your name to find a video you have done talking about your mlm or another mlm. Maybe you have a link at the bottom of your article that has people click on it and see you directly. This gives people a personal connection with you. Whether you think you are a camera ready person or not, it humanizes you and puts a face and voice....which is much more effective than written words believe it or not.
Those are just a few of the ways to promote yourself and your mlm (or any product actually). More to come.
Tim Wheeler has been successfully involved with several MLM's and has done reviews on several MLM's that are in the market today. His goals now involve helping people make informed decisions and showing them the right way to make money on-line. To learn more, please visit:
