3. Identify USP

USP refers to your unique selling point(s). It is basically what differentiates your business from your competitors. Your USP can be things that you do better than others, or things you have that others don't. However, it does not have to be restricted to these.

Once you have identified your USP, build your business around it. Formulate a strategy to promote your USP to consumers. Consumers are always concerned with what you can do for them. Match your USP to the right consumer. For example, if your USP is a weight loss program that only requires 5 minutes of effort a day. Promote it to obese busy executives who want to lose weight but do not have time. There, you have a winning formula!

4. Action Plan

Once you have finalized the above 3 steps, the final step is to work on your action plan. An action plan tells you what you need to do, when to do it and where to do it. Include evaluation components in your action plan. You need to be able to measure your progress, and ensure you are on the right track.

Finally, follow your action plan diligently. You can have the best plan in the work, but if you do not take action, you will not see any results. There is good money to be made online. Follow these steps. Work out a detailed plan. And you are halfway to making money online.
