This is among the popular myths. We're sorry to say, it's untrue. It does take considerable amount of time starting a solid online business. More importantly, it takes lots of efforts as well. Lots of research needs to be done in the first place. And you need to weed through heaps of so called "expert" opinions. Also, you've to go through loads of trial and error - especially while dealing with SEO and other types of online marketing challenges.

Don't get us wrong. We never discourage would be entrepreneurs from starting their part-time venture online. It does have impressive long-term revenue potential. You only have to recognize what it's all about or what you're getting yourself into. Almost anybody can set up a business online, but not everybody will thrive doing it.

Myth # 2 - It's a Saturated Market Out There

True, there's huge contest out there. Still, there're millions of possible customers surfing the net. So you got to think of selling a demanded niche product beyond all. The online marketplace isn't saturated all the time for items which are for an extremely specific audience. The bottom line is, avoid striving to make money in the "earning money online" marketplace. It isn't worth the time you invest. Instead you'll probably end up earning pennies.

Myth # 3 - I'll Get Rich in Four Weeks

DO NOT trust the so called online marketers promising you the stars, sun, and one million dollars. Surely the internet has lots of great money making opportunities, but that doesn't mean that online business is a crazy lottery ticket. This myth, according to our knowledge, is among the most destructive one about part-time online businesses, since most people often quit after three or four months, since they aren't getting their 'expected' results.

It isn't impossible that you'll get rich within four or five weeks. A more practical timeframe is 6 months to 18 months. At that point, most people will be driving good traffic into your website. And getting rich will follow shortly if there's a solid system on your site.
