While it is agreed that the SaaS model is the way forward. It is vitally important that the vendors ensure their clients data is safe and secure. We cant afford any industry players to 'wing' it in the background and lose their clients data. A robust infrastructure that covers backup, failover and has tons of redundancy is essential
