Compensation Plans - 'The Matrix'

Previously, I have discussed, 'The Binary Program', where there is a leg structure which must be balanced in achieving success. Also, I've discussed, 'The Unilevel', where multiple levels are underneath a sponsor. I've talked about, 'The Breakaway', which is very similar to 'The Unilevel', difference being one can Breakaway and receive an extra bonus, 'The 1UP / 2UP', where a person gives their first couple of sales to their upline and so forth and so on and last but, not least, 'The Affiliate Program', where payments are made directly to you and not your downline. This is based on a 'proven' sales system. Today, I will discuss the final Compensation Plan. this program is called 'The Matrix'.

Unfortunately, rumor has it, this is not at all one of the favorable Compensation Plans, very much to the contrary. You see, The Matrix Compensation Plans are slowly being completely phased out due to lot's of controversy. It is based on a complicated grid system and bonuses are paid depending upon how many grids you complete. For example, a grid consisting of 3x6 matrix means you have three rows with six columns. That way you put eighteen people in and ideally earn a weekly or monthly bonus.

An advantage would be understanding this system and utilizing it's capabilities. As with any business, one must chose The Compensation Plan which will fit their own personal needs the very best.

Compensation Plans - 'The Unilevel'

In my last article, I talked about a Compensation Plan called, ' The Binary Program '. today I will talk about, ' The Unilevel '. This plan looks a little more complex on paper being you have a sponsor on top and multi levels underneath. The idea of The Unilevel Plan is one is paid on the entire personally recruited ' Front Line '. Also, payment is made on the total amount generated by the recruits own personal enrollments and so forth and so on. Certain percentages are paid on different levels.

Like The Binary Program, some companies pay high percentages at the top end or the front where you earn money at the beginning. However, with The Unilevel, as the levels branch out it gets more difficult to earn money as your larger number of customer's wind up at the lower levels.

However, some Companies do the reverse and pay out considerably less on the personal recruits and pay a little more on the deeper levels. This can be to your advantage, your income can grow quicker, but, you must have the numbers, of people, that is, in your levels to make it beneficial.

And lastly, there companies who issue what is called an ' override ' over multi levels once a certain position is achieved, all the way down to the next person who has the same level or higher. Some Binary's are adding Unilevels and using basically the same concept. to sum it up, you do have choices. Deciding which Company and Compensation Plan will be best for you is an essential part of owning any successful business.

Profiling Recipe - Network Marketing

In this case, knowledge is power. A background summary of a person is most helpful. There are several considerations to keep in mind.

When looking for 'The One', in Network Marketing, Demographic considerations, such as where they live, their age, sex, job, income and household information will add to the selection category.

Sociological considerations, such as, more specifically, the size of one's home, amount of automobiles owned, property owned, will give you an indication of a prospect's 'lifestyle'. This information is added into the 'stew', if you will.

One will also consider what type of purchases a person has made, whether or not they use credit cards and also their credit score will be taken into consideration. The events they attend are also helpful in gathering pertinent information to help you in your selection process.

The advantages here are simply, the more information you gather about a person, the more you allow yourself to fully understand who it is you are talking to. Furthermore, if you can provide a person with their need or needs, not only can you make a person happy you can increase your chances of building the relationship you are both trying to acquire.

The disadvantages are, one may feel as though these tactics may be an invasion of one's privacy, however, sometimes being a bit of a snoop can benefit many people. When gathering this kind of information for professional use, both parties may achieve greatness beyond compare. No pun intended in the scheme of the collective imagination.
