We are in the process of starting a new business and are going through the steep learning curve that is involved. Luckily, we have friends with a lot of experience and expertise, and they have been a lot of help in showing us how to get the corporation legally registered, getting our tax documents in place, and filling in a lot of the blanks. Some things, we have discovered are far easier than we thought they would be, while others are definitely more complicated. It has been a lot of fun, but there is a fair amount of stress involved, and I have to remind myself that we are in no rush and have plenty of time to make sure that everything is in place.

I can put some simple things together, but from what I have been learning, we are going to need some solutions that are far more complex. Once those solutions are in place, they will make everything a lot easier.
