Everyday I am on a few social media sites and there is never a time that I do not see an ad about joining a business, learn how to fire your boss, or make a million dollars from home.� Not everyone is interested in working network marketing full-time.� It seems like the messages are not getting to the people that really need to hear it.

Today, I want to talk to the people that love their job, but are having a few financial difficulties.� Maybe you can relate to this story.

A hard working, single mother of three absolutely loves her job as a Nurse.� She works 50 hours a week, commutes 2 hours a day, and still has to care for her children on her own.� She wants to open her own Staffing Agency, but that takes money she does not have right now and saving is hard.

The problem is that she has more month than money.� She loves her children and wants to give them everything she never had as a child.� Recently, she has been unable to do it because she has had to cut back since prices on food, gas, and utilities have risen.

Summer is around the corner, the kids will be out of school and she wants to take them on vacation.� She feels bad about not having enough money to take them where they want to go.���She starts thinking about getting a part time job or working overtime.� Why would she do that when she is already working 50 hours and she wants to spend time with her kids during the summer?� That will not work.

A dear friend of hers is hearing her pain and decides she can help her.� She tells her friend that she has an opportunity that will help you make the money you need for the summer and save for your agency.� Once you get out of it what you need, there is no obligation to continue the relationship.

What did her friend just do for her?� The nurse now has a solution to her financial needs with no stress to embark on a new career by using network marketing as a vehicle to get her from point A to B.� There is nothing that says you have to quit your job to be a network marketer.� The idea is that if you choose to make network marketing a career it can eventually replace your current JOB if you desire to do that.

Please, do not be afraid to to keep your options open.� There is always help out of your situation if you choose to accept it.

Should I Loan Someone the Money to Get Started in My Business?

The reason is because they end up not being as invested in the business as they need to be to have success. When you spend a couple hundred dollars to join a business you are going to be motivated to make it work. You're going to want to at least make your money back and hopefully make a whole lot more than that.

When you don't have anything really invested in a home based business it is too easy to walk away and forget about it.

But you say to me. "What if my friend really doesn't have the money to get started?"

Well first of all I would say that a lot of the time when people say they don't have the money they aren't being 100% truthful. Many people have the money they just don't want to spend it. And if they really don't have the money but they truly do want to join the business they are better off saving up their money for a couple of months and then paying for it themselves.

I know that for some people this article is going to sound a little mean. However, trust me when I say that if someone REALLY wants to be in a business they will make it happen. If you have to beg and plead and give them the money... they probably don't want it that bad in the first place.

Also, there is a reason why people say that you shouldn't mix friends and money. You don't want to lose a dear friend because you loaned them the money to join a business that they have no intention of working in the first place.

So to sum it all up: Tell your friends about your home based business and let them know how great it is to work from home. However, if you want to save yourself a whole lot of frustration and don't lend them the money to get started. Let them do it for themselves and you'll both be a lot happier in the end.

Online Business - What Does it Cost Me?

So understanding her concern about a new journey that she might be taking, I explained to her. Since I believe most people who just are about to start an online business, they would like to know what are the "prerequisite". I'd list the things that might be necessary below:

If you are doing affiliate marketing and you want to start from zero capital, you may do so. However, you have to start learning from somewhere. So this learning curve may or may not cost you any money but it will definitely cost you some time to be spent on your own. I would advise you not to just learn by yourself as it may take a very long time. Get a mentor.

On the contrary, if you want to speed up the process, you may need to spend some money to learn. Do learn it from someone with experience and those who does what he is preaching. Many a times, I meet people who ask me to do this and that, when they themselves have not done it before. Avoid learning from these people.

How much do you really need if you were to spend some money?

1. Learning

- May cost you quite a lot or may not cost you a single thing if you do self reading (not effective).

- If you get a personal coaching, which I feel is the best, it may cost you up to $10,000 or more.

- Do your due diligence in this area.

Basic Technical Cost of the Online Business

(Prices are rough estimates)

2. Web hosting (US$ 100 per year)

3. Domain name (US$10 per year)

Well I think that's about all you need to spend for a start. A measly US$ 110 excluding the education cost incurred.

Personally, if I were to start from scratch, all I need is about $300 a month so that I can hire someone with experience to run the whole show. (Of course, more or less you would need that knowledge to direct your business before you hire someone.)

Home Based Marketing - Goals to Get You Started

Having a home based business is a great way to brand yourself as a leader.

When I first started in the industry, I was limited on time. I was eager to learn, but did not know how to fit it all in. There never seemed to be enough time in the day. I did not want to miss out on anything, but found myself jumping around, and not really taking it all in and at the end of day, confused. I realized that I was in need of some personal development and had to decide what I really wanted to accomplish in life. Once I found myself, there was no turning back.

This business has showed me how to brand myself as a leader, create more cashflow from the comfort of my own home, and has brought a positivity to my every day life. What more can you ask for? So, what do you want to want out of life, and how are you going to accomplish that?

First thing is you have to decide what your goals are, have a plan, stick with it and be consistent. There is a lot of information out there, many tools and techniques, so where do you start. Here are few steps I set for myself to get started.

1. Work on Yourself, personal development!
2. Your Goals. What do you want and where do you see yourself in? years!
3. How are you going to accomplish it?
4. Make your decision!
5. Develop your plan!
6. Be consistent!
7. Stay Focused!
8. Do not give up!
9. Ask for help if need be!
10. You are now a LEADER!!!!!
