Start a New Career As A Registered Tax Professional - Earn and Work From a Home Office

Individuals interested in becoming a tax professional can do so before June of 2011, to delay having to pass the new IRS Competency Exam until 2013. The IRS Exams will start in the summer of 2011, and once the testing begins, all unregistered tax preparers will have to pass at least one of the Exams before registering with the IRS.

The new testing and registration of tax professionals is for regular tax preparers. The IRS now requires all tax preparers who perform tax preparation for a fee, to register and pass the new exams by 2013.

If you are already registered with the IRS prior to the start of the Competency Exams, you will have until December of 2013 to pass one of the Exams, or work under a Registered Tax Professional who will need to sign the tax returns you complete (there are different levels of testing, tax preparation for individuals and tax preparation for small businesses).

Passing the new test is a concern for many tax professionals. Even tax pros with years of experience are watching to see what the exams will include. Less than half the individuals taking the Enrolled Agent Exam, pass the first time. And it will be interesting to see how difficult the Competency Exams will be.

An Enrolled Agent is registered to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Hourly wages for an experienced, established EA, can range from $75 to $150 (California) per hour, and are comparable to Attorney hourly fees. You do NOT have to have a college degree, or even attended college to sit for the enrolled agent exam.

Of course, like with any other Federal testing, there will be tax schools who will promise you to passing grade when you sign for their classes. Regardless if you are taking the Tax Preparation Exam (Competency Exams) or the Enrolled Agent Exam there are schools who can help you prepare. These best of these programs are responsible for individuals going from $15 an hour job to $150 per hour as an Enrolled Agent.

Individuals who have a special love for numbers and how numbers can paint, or change a picture, usually are happy in the tax industry. The down side, for some, is that taxes is law, and you must have a good relationship with learning and applying tax laws in your profession. A healthy respect for the Department of the Treasury and a willingness to learn dozens of new tax laws each year is a part of the normal procedure.

Liking people is a necessary part of the job, but not mandatory. People sign up with grumpy tax professionals all the time, as long as they are good at what they do! Being patient with people is necessary and the ability to help people without passing judgment is crucial. A strong work ethic helps because there are so many ways to mess up in this type of position. Failure to comply with Federal Tax Professional laws can result in serious consequences. The income is good, especially after you build up your client base. Understanding how to market yourself and your services can go a long ways in building your annual income.

Home Business Success - Understanding The Big Picture

All online home businesses need the same 4 things:

A market
A product
A website
Traffic

If you are planning to build an online home business from scratch you will need to fulfill all of these requirements.

Your market is where your customers are. Your market may be farm equipment buyers or people who collect birdhouses or chocolate lovers. You need to know your market before you need to know your product. Your market determines what products they want to buy, how much they are willing to pay for them, how they want the products delivered and so on.

Then you need a product or line of products. You can create your own products, sell products that you have purchased at a lower price or sell products of others on a commission basis. There really is no right or wrong way. Just pick the product sourcing method that is right for your home business and for your goals.

Next you'll need a website. Most online home business owners have a website. There are ways which you can get by for a while without a website, but if you are planning on building a long-term, profitable business you will need one.

You can build your own website, hire someone to build it for you. Some companies provide you with a simple website to market their products and some will provide you with a very sophisticated sales funnel to sell their products. This increases the profitability of your business while removing any technical barriers you may encounter.

Lastly, you need traffic. If you are not proficient in marketing your home business online then you will need to learn some marketing skills. If you do not develop marketing skills your business will go nowhere fast.
I have chosen to market high profit products using one of the most cutting edge marketing platforms in existence. This company has also taught me the marketing skills I needed to build a serious, long-term home business online.

Hoping To Make Money Working From Home? Doing So Based On Hope Can Be Fatal

Many people approach their home business opportunity after joining, or prior to, with a sentiment of "I hope to be successful". Well that can be like saying "I hope I hit the lottery. I paid for my ticket, I picked some numbers, so hopefully I'll win..." Such Hope in relationship to a lottery ticket can be properly placed but when it comes to a home business it can be fatal.

There's a great line in the movie Matrix Reloaded where The Architect stated, "Hope, it is the quintessential human delusion, simultaneously the source of your greatest strength and your greatest weakness." This is a very powerful statement, and it has stuck with me every since I heard it years ago. Why?

Because I have been a victim of my own hope, as well as a victor, while not understanding the delusion of such Hope. That line made it clear to me why at times I failed, and other times I prevailed without a sense of why either occurred. If one doesn't understand that Hope is a two-edge sword that will, if not understood and applied correctly, relative to the situation at hand, find oneself dying while Hoping to live, so to speak. This is exactly what happens with many people when it comes to a home business, and/or opportunities they've participated in.

Too many join their home business simply Hoping that it will be rewarding financially. However, Hope in this instance is like the saying, "Faith without works is dead". If one has not established the mindset that could lead to great financial rewards, then one's Hope is fatal to success or a source of weakness.

Additionally, if you are going to have a rewarding home based business you must sit down with a calendar and determine when you will be putting in your work: daily, weekly, monthly. If not there will be no reward, or if you are doing it sparingly that would be the reward you would be entitled to and should expect.

Don't approach your home business Hoping to be successful, go forward with confidence, and with the mindset that you Shall be successful. Then you need to focus on putting in your work. However their can be a catch to this, notwithstanding proper and effective work.

If you are putting in work, Hoping to establishing long lasting cashflow success with a poor compensation plan or a business payout structure that is ineffective for producing massive monthly residual cashflow, ideally in a short period of time of 30-60 days, then you may be working against yourself. If you are knowingly, or unknowing, working against yourself you are actually just "killing" yourself slowly with the deadly side of Hope.

I spent 16 years Hoping I would make some good money in a networking home business. I have engaged in Hope with no serious work, and I've engaged in putting in work that was a slow death, Hope that would never help me see serious monthly residual cashflow or sustainable income from my business.

Nearly a year ago I wised up and performed a critical analysis for success, and now I'm engaged in the Hope that is unleashing sources of my greatest strength and more importantly financial desires. Far to many networking businesses are just manifesting a weak sense of prosperity that can come from Hope, and they have done so for decades, that leads to the "killing" peoples dreams. We need a new approach for the average and ordinary person to be successful, and not just relying on a Hope that is fatal to success before we get out the gate.

Do a self check and make sure you are not engaged in a Hope for home business success that is fatal but a Hope that will manifest greatness, and financial greatness.

Come and change your financial future in 30-60 days. Our System-Styled opportunity is able to provide long-lasting massive monthly residual cashflow. [http://5kto10kmonthly.com/?ea]Trifecta Cashflow System for Success provides the Right structure and sources to reward one for their work and avoid the fatal type of Hope that has been the dream killer of so many in the past that have pursued home business success without achieving a rewarding monthly residual cashflow.

The 4 Stages of Your Home Business Success

There's many of you out there looking at getting involved in a home based business or already apart of one. For the majority of you, that's probably in a network marketing or direct sales industry, and why not Both Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki have both said that these are actually great viable ways to help you on the road to success by being able to learn the crucial skills you're going to need.

Today I'm going to give you a little insight into the overall four stages you're going to experience on your journey.

Stage 1 - Newbie

This is where you first venture in and have already chosen your vehicle that's going to get you started on your path. You're full of excitement, because everything is so fresh and new. You're out there trying to learn what you can and attempting to make your investment back as soon as possible looking for confirmation that you've made a sound decision. You can't wait to mention it to everyone and why not, you're your own boss now. Those people at work had better watch out, because you're days at the 9to5 are numbered, but you're also willing to bring those along that have done you right along the way.

You know success for your home business is right around the corner and you can't wait.

Stage 2 - Questioning (AKA The Dip - thank you Seth Godin)

By this point you've perhaps been in your business a while now, 6 months or more, and you haven't seen the return on your investment yet. You contemplate sometimes whether or not you should give up. You occasionally dodge criticism or jokes on your behalf asking how the business is working out for you. You're kind of discouraged to talk to some people, because why would you want to bring someone into something like this, especially close friends and family to feel the frustration you do. You wonder how anyone can find success in a home business.

Many of you will quit by this point. You'll blame it on the product, the company, perhaps say it was a scam, basically any excuse to give yourself to make you feel better about your decision.

Those few that persevere and continue to move forward will hunker down again, start looking for answers that they might have missed and start looking for all kinds of solutions to their various struggles within business. Many times they will start buying a myriad of different courses and start spending a lot more money than they're taking into the business. They have convinced themselves, however, that they're not going to give up.

Stage 3 - Experience and Skill

By this point you begin to realize you've gained some of the knowledge and skills you're going to need to be successful. You're feeling a little more confident, but still fear something is missing. You know success is right around the corner in your home business, but you're not quite there yet and you're aware of it.

You start to see some results, but not totally what you originally had in mind when you started, but you're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and realizing that it is a viable enterprise. You also realize that it can't be much more than what you already know. Heck you've already surpassed all those that gave up before you.

Many of you will realize at this point that it's more about the internal you, the mindset game that perhaps is holding you back. You start learning more and more about mindset, start seeking out those experts to help you get your head in the game and in the right place. For many mindset is the final key. It can be that brick wall, once you learn to knock it down then you'll be on easy street. You're also spending more time on reading and improving yourself over a lot of the courses and so called secret solutions out there.

Stage 4 - Success

At the final stage looking back you realize you made it a lot harder than it should have been, but then hindsight is always 20/20. You're feeling elated, why, because you've got it all figured out. Your minds in the right place, your skills are mastered and you're feeling invigorated to try out new techniques and new ventures. Perhaps take on a second network marketing company. At this point you've realized that you're the most important part of the equation and to do it in a 2nd company will just affirm that all for you. You've got the mindset needed and the confidence to carry you through.

You begin to look back at the 97% that didn't make it this far. You kind of which at times you could go back and help those that didn't make it, now that you know the answers, it's much easier to share and coach them onto others. You're looking forward to a leadership role to help many more get to where you are. You also realize that mindset is one of the major keys.

At this point you're getting the freedom you desired initially and if you haven't already you start contemplating when to quit your job, not wishing you could. You've created a passive income stream, gotten yourself out of bad debt and see how bright the future really is for someone with your potential.

Once you've reached the fourth and final stage you know that you can do it again and again, regardless of the system or product. You can find additional opportunities to duplicate what you've created and continue to build your business, and with the right financial education you'll be able to pass on one heck of a legacy to your children.

Working From Home - The Discipline Factor

Deciding to work at home is a huge step towards obtaining financial independence and having an optimized lifestyle. But all too often, people fall victim to distractions and their productivity levels fall off sharply. So we need to ask ourselves why this happens and what we can do to address this inadequacy.

When working a normal 9 to 5 J.O.B., most people base their level of productivity on their surrounding atmosphere of coworkers doing similar if not the same tasks. This gives you a baseline on which to compare ones self as to how much productivity is actually being produced. But when you work at home, there is nothing to reflect on in your home business except what your upline is doing or what you hear on webinars or training calls on the phone, so the end of the equation is you start to slow down and not achieve the wanted results.

There are also many distractions through out the work day at home which will most assuredly lead you off the beat and path. Phone calls is a huge problem I've got, others that come to mind are the newspaper, emails, house cleaning, laundry, the family pet's. All which is ok and needs to be addressed, but only by applying proper time management when you work from home.

Time management is a very key thing to master when working from home. It is very easy to set up a schedule using a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Works or Google documents. Plan out what you need to accomplish and at what time of day you want to do this, and stick to your schedule and get the work done. Certain tasks require a certain amount of time, while others require a certain outcome or level of completion. I use both of these. If you are just starting out with your work from home business, you'll have to experiment a little and find out how long it takes to do things. Certain things I do, I give myself a certain amount of time, for example, social media, and if I don't finish, It's ok because it won't make or break me. But then when I write articles, that usually takes time to complete, and if your looking to submit a certain number of articles per day, I have to use my time accordingly. If I finish up early, I move on to the next and I don't go back because tomorrow is another day. That's one of the benefits when working from home.

Another aspect of productivity and how to maximize it could be to dress like you on your way to the office. Now, keeping in mind with the people that don't care to follow this measure because that could be a big factor as to why they decided to work at home, these people feel more casual, and dress more casual, I've been told some don't dress at all, and theses people can still be top earners in their niche. Either way, you should still get up and shower, dress to your taste, and hopefully this will put you in a state of mind that will help your productivity.

You also need to have a dedicated workspace. Particularly a room with a door, with no bed in it would be great. A comfortable chair to take a break from the toil is also a good choice. A window to let the day, or night, which ever time frame you work in, is also critical. I know I enjoy fresh air. That helps me allot.

We should also state here that some people tend to feel trapped, or shut in. You need to take a 10 to 15 minute break every hour, this should be seen on your time management spreadsheet, and extra time added accordingly. Get a glass of water, not coffee, not soda, not alcohol, but water. Your brain and body runs on water. Water is to your body as gasoline is to your vehicle. My mentor taught me this in the beginning and I said the same thing, "Your crazy". But you know, he was right. The first thing I do when I get up is drink a large glass of water to rehydrate my body. Then I'll eat something and have a few cups of coffee, but when break time comes on the hour, it's water. It really does help your mind and body function better. And by the way, taking breaks every hour is another perk when you work from home.

Problem could also arise to the fact that you just can't work at home due to space constraints. Maybe you don't have an extra room in the house and your PC is right next to the TV. a great option is to rent some cheap office space somewhere, or just a room. You wouldn't technically be working from home, but at least you'd still be in charge.

You should also keep in mind that there will be days when you have to leave the house, to do your shopping, doctors appointments, work on your own vehicles, sports activities with the kids, and you may not get nothing accomplished. But that's ok and that's the beauty of working at home, you don't have to tell the boss that you have to leave early, or take a day off because your in command.

Working at home to achieve financial freedom and at the same time, optimizing your lifestyle is the way to go if you have the discipline to be productive. It requires timeliness and consistency just like any other job, but if you get it right, it can be very rewarding. So get your spreadsheets out and start being the master of your craft.

Want to Learn How to Get Paid While Playing Video Games at Home? Get a Job As a Video Game Tester

You are having a wonderful life if you get to enjoy to the fullest what you do for a living. Video game testers usually feel this way. They not only make a living out of what they enjoy doing, they also get to indulge in playing the latest innovations in the video gaming world and, at the same time, take part in making sure these games are glitch-free.

Many video game companies are looking for game testers. These game testers, in turn, are able to earn a decent amount. Since their job is to spot glitches and to take note of any inconsistencies, however little, that they can spot, the main requirements would be a fast internet connection and a PC along with gaming consoles that can be used for different games. If you want to become one, then you need to be sure to pay close attention to various types of glitches so that you can, in the long run, become successful.

To be able to become a well-paid video game tester, you need to be able to meet the following requirements:

1. You need to be at least 18 years old. This is for labor law purposes.

2. You need to have your own computer with a fast internet connection. Gaming consoles are also helpful. Video game companies will not be providing these things.

3. You need to be able to conduct yourself professionally all the time, especially when making the reports necessary to keep track of glitches, inconsistencies, and the like.

4. You need to be committed to the tasks assigned to you, otherwise, you will develop a bad reputation.

If you are aiming for EA or Blizzard and other big video game companies to hire you, you need to make sure that you gain enough experience with smaller ones first because they would not normally hire first-timers. Work your way up and, along with patience and perseverance, you will surely land the big timers.

Novice game testers usually earn about $10 to about $15 in an hour. Veterans can make up to about $80. This is the normal rate. If you are being offered $200 to be a game tester, chances are, you will be scammed. Always be wary of scams.

What are the requirements of becoming a [http://gamertestingground-review.com/]game tester? Learn them at Game Testing Ground Review now.
