Why Entrepreneurship?

Assets are very important because income needs to be generated to you full circle all of the time rather than just going to work everyday and god forbid something happens to you while you're on the clock and you get hurt. And yes....I know what some people are thinking...."I don't know how to start or run a business" or "I don't even know how or what to sell." Well first off....not every business requires you to sell something. Let's get that straight. Also we live in a world where technology is through the roof and forever growing!!!!

You have average everyday people who can make money from the comfort of their own home. Anyone can do it. Like a job, it just takes a commitment. If you want better it can be achieved. You just have to want it. You know its funny how a job determines what time you have to be somewhere, when your break is, when your break is over, what time you get off. A job basically labels your self worth. I know we as a people are worth so much more. You can't even put a price tag on the human race because we are priceless.

We all know the usual go to school, get good grades, and go to college so you can get a good job with benefits. We hear this same song time and time again. Now don't get me wrong because education is extremely important and infinite knowledge is everything, but times today are rapidly waving with much change each and every day. The question is will you be able to keep up with the currents? Maybe its just me. Maybe you actually have people who just likes physical labor for a living, and nothing is wrong with that at all.

I'm just a guy living in this world and I have yet to see what is has to offer. I want a better life. I mean who doesn't right? Business minded people completely understand my viewpoint. I just wish for everyone to develop an alternative skill in building up assets because that way you have a safe cushion at least. I strongly believe that this can be achieved by anyone. With the right training and the proper tools, I don't believe you can fail. And that's not just with business, but with life period.Yes....success may be one word, but everyone has their own definition of it is.

Become Whole, Even If You Work As A Janitor Part 2 of 2

So, to continue, the second quality of being human is are you taking care of your body? You know that your body is connected to your mind and your emotions. If you do not give your body what it needs then your mind also will not get what it needs. Do not abuse your body by over eating, not getting enough rest, taking drugs, and drinking to excess. The most basic of which is not giving it the vitamins and minerals from a variety of foods that it needs. You know it will not function to its fullest and you will be let down because of your neglect. Of course I cannot leave out that exercise will help keep the balance of how your body works intact and you will feel better. If you feel better you will want to do more.

Thirdly as you might imagine your emotions play a big role in how life affects you. You know that if emotions control you then you will not make rational decisions. On the other hand a deep emotion to succeed or a desire to overcome obstacle can give you the drive to complete a goal. But if you allow hatred, jealousy, envy and all the negative emotions to drive your thinking, then you will have a shallow victory if you succeed at all. If you want to make it in this world then you need to get along with people. You notice I did not say use people, cause people are the ones that will help you to your goal.

If a lot of people do not like you then it is not them, it is you. If you cannot keep friends and are having a lot of problems with people all around you then you have the problem and you are the one that must change. You already know that you cannot change people cause the only one you can change is you. Stop controlling people and allow them to be who they are and in that way you will have more time to concentrate on how you can better yourself.

I do not mean to be insulting or without feeling but if I do not tell you what I believe to be the truth then I cannot call myself your friend. Of course, if some of these emotions do not apply to you then I am glad. But do not kid yourself, some will. So look into your heart to see if there is any evil ways in you. If you have a hard time to do that to yourself, then seek God to help you.

Now spiritually speaking, this is a whole new world. At the risk of sounding like I am preaching I heard a pastor say that we are spiritual beings as oppose to being a physical being. Now this is a new concept to most people cause all they see, hear, smell and taste is what they believe. I want you to know that you were created for more than what is on this earth although I believe you can do a lot of good here.

If you feel a deep void that no matter what you do it does not satisfy you then that is the spiritual side of you that can only be filled by God. So the only thing I am saying is to not neglect your spirit and go somewhere where you can learn about the one who I believe created you and me. If you believe in other things, then that is your choice, you may disregard this part. But if you can find a bit of truth in what I say then use it to make yourself a whole person once again.

Do not let the business of life postpone your decision to improve your life. Encourage others to do the same, love them enough to keep following up on them so they keep changing into a better them.

Maybe you want to start a business or turn your hobby into a small business. Do not stop developing your business idea! Keep reminding your friends that you do not intend to stay in this low-income state. Continue to learn more about your business field that you are interested in everyday and work at it a little everyday. This will prepare you for a busy work schedule that will become a habit for you later.

This is why I write these articles, cause people need financial help and to overcome their own mind, body, emotions and spirit of failures and disappointments. Right now you might not know how to get out of the bad situation or relationship that you are in. I am here to tell you that there is hope and a change is coming.

I feel that a change in thinking will change the circumstances of your life. It might take awhile for things to change, but it must change, your future depends on it...

What Is Your Motivation?

Personally, if the first thing that popped into your head was money, let me be as real as real gets, you need more motivation. Money is great, but I believe that you need more than money to motivate you. Here's a prime example of why I believe it is not a good motivator.

Lets say you've hit a slow couple of months, not bringing anything in. Now money is your motivation. For a couple of months there have been no sales, no leads, nada! Be real with yourself, how motivated are you to continue with your business? Chances are, you'll probably be thinking that a 9-5 sounds pretty sweet. I hope this depicts my point.

For you to achieve success in your business there has to be a reason why you get up every morning and do what you do. It doesn't matter how big or small the idea of motivation is, as long as it motivates you. Here are the top 3 things, that no matter how much money I'll lose, how many leads I don't get, or how many sales I never close, will still keep me motivated to run my business.

1. My Family - I have a loving family, were nuclear. Mom, dad and brother. They are my everything. I want to make sure that I am more than able to provide them with everything they need and want. No matter the cost, distance, or availability. I want them to have everything. Be more than average and more than comfortable. I want my parents to retire and travel the world. I would love to open an art gallery for my brother so he could exhibit his work. I want to make their dreams reality.

2. My Dream Home - I want to live in a big house. And not just any big house, my dream home! I even have a picture of what it looks like. I make sure to look at it everyday to remind myself why I work so hard, and what my hard work will pay off to. A visual to look at every day is a great way to plant it into your mind. Post it somewhere you can see it everyday. Usually where you spend most of your time is a good spot.

3. My Vision Statement - Its not really a statement, but more of a letter to myself. It's where I want to be 5 years from now. I'm a very detailed person, and wrote almost my whole life in there, but you don't have to. I read this everyday. Its similar to how I look at my dream house everyday. I read it out loud and it helps me and reminds me of the success I want to achieve in my life. I would highly suggest that everyone have a vision statement for themselves. You wouldn't believe how your own words can inspire you every day.

I hope that my motivation helps to give you some ideas if you don't have any, or helps to jog new ones. Always be motivated in your business. Its a determining factor. These simple things can make you stand out as leaders.

And the final ingredient I truly believe you need is an open mind, one that is prepared to listen, watch and learn.

Internet Gurus And Hyped Up Electronic Garbage

After a few years in internet marketing I don't get surprised very easily anymore. The internet is full of people trying to empty the wallets of others without any ethical limits. What comes as a surprise to me is when I get mails from the leading marketers where they promote some of the worst scammers in cyberspace.

I got mails from two of the big guys online that had my biggest respect before. That changed very fast when I opened their mails. To me it seems like they are desperate to sell something and make money, no matter what the quality of the product is like. I do believe that there are a few guidelines that should be followed and knowing the product and person they promote is one of the most important of them.

The reason for saying this is that I know the person they promote for, and how he changes his name and sell electronic garbage. I also bought one of the courses to do a review before promoting it. That was about 8 months ago. That purchase ended with claiming a refund and I got my money back. One of the reasons was that I tried to contact support after my purchase and was told that it was under construction. When I checked back now, eight months later, it is still under construction. If this guy was trying to run a business, I believe he would concentrate on getting the support running before he makes new products.

I have bought a few courses over the years now and some of them are very good. I have also bought a few that I really can not understand that they sell at all. Many people make a great sale-pages that really tricks people into opening their wallets, but after the purchase you will see that they probably used a lot more time and money on the sales-page than the product. A couple of times I actually felt like I bought a nice cover only.

To all people who plan to buy an electronic product online from any of the nice sales-pages online, try to contact the seller first. In most cases you will find a possibility to do that, either a contact or support link. If you do not get any answer at all, that is a big red flag that says do not buy.

Test the seller in some way before buying and you will surely save time, money and you will avoid lots of frustration.

Do You Believe?

As I got older I realized that I could get more cooperation by treating people with respect than by demeaning them. I might not have liked what they had done, but showing respect most times took them off guard because no one had ever treated them that way! It also caused less" Use of Force." (I was getting too old to fight with them!)

When I observed new officers and how they acted (just like I did when I was new) toward the 'bad guy' I began calling their actions the "John Wayne Syndrome." What that means is, the officer would strut about with his chest out and expected everyone to show him respect because he was wearing a badge. When he didn't get the respect he was looking for, the officer would then become abusive and would usually end up in a fight with the suspect.

Now that I am retired, I am still a big believer in helping others. In business, when I see a new person trying to figure out this business, I would rather teach and mentor that person and watch them succeed. The money will come, but the satisfaction of helping others is more important to me.

Do you believe in teaching and mentoring the people you sponsor? Do you teach others in the community so that everyone has a chance to succeed? I read once where about 1,000 people join some kind of network marketing company every 24 hours. Most of them will fail within the first year. The biggest reason is because they couldn't figure out what they needed to do.

Could you imagine how much success we would have if we mentored and trained our down line properly? Remember, when your down line succeeds, you succeed. And after all, isn't success what we all desire?

The traditional thought process of graduating from college and getting a career with a good company, then retire from that same company is a thing of the past.

I believe this current generation needs to step back and re-evaluate making a living and earning income. I recommend starting your own business. Creating something from scratch and building it steadily over time builds excellent individual qualities, like tactical business patients, that trumps any four star evaluation you get from a corporate supervisor.

In today's global economy starting an Internet business is easier than ever. A person no longer has to beat the streets, spend hours on the phones, or even creating your own products. The Internet has changed the individual landscape of earning a living and making money online is getting easier everyday as people become more comfortable using the Internet. A stay at home Mom or Dad can compete on the same level as multimillion dollar corporations.

I have learned that focusing on your passions and strengths can keep you in the game long enough to get over the hump. Can You Succeed Owning Your Own Business?

Starting a business is not a walk in the park nor is it going into a wall of fire. As you look over your life evaluate the jobs that done, the education that you have. What skills can you bring to the table. Starting your own business is going to be what you make it. I am the only one who know what I have done up until this point has prepared me for the journey ahead.

The jobs I have chosen have always been around people. Started working at 13. I have found that it is more rewarding to connect with people then working a machine for eight hours or more. My first job was on orchard I picked peaches, pears, apples and plums. You name it I picked it. Worked at Hersey Park until I graduated. I worked my way through Art school, I sold shoes, waited on tables, worked in a nursing home, I was a bar tending and did freelance art work. I did what I did so I could achieve an education in fine arts and all before I turn 20. I went on to managing restaurants while still was working on my art career. I left the work force after my son was born to concentrate on family and perfecting my Art. Now it is time to take my live to the next level.

Each path that I chose has brought me to this point and by sharing this with you I know that you can see that my life is no different than any of yours. Our past is our strength, we are all driven to succeed whether it is our job, our business, our family, our marriage or our kids we are all driven to succeed.

Okay so let's get started on living our dream. I did say living, it is education, training and action that will show you the way. I believe the one thing that separating us from the animals is we are not driven only by instinct. By now you should know that discipline and the drive of achieving wealth are at the top of the list. Wealth and income will go hand and hand as you acquire more knowledge you will be compelled to share it with others thus adding to your value and income.

Every Job I worked I gained something of value and I am sure you have too. What do you have to bring to the table? Are you a great manager? Is your thing technology? Do you want to be if the front or behind the scenes? Any one of these qualities is enough to get you started. More than one and you got this down. So our home work for this week is to tap into our strengths and make a list of ways to achieve our goals for the future.

When you think about the past you stay in the past, when you plan for the future you are using the knowledge you acquired from your past to shape the outcome of your life. Live your life with a purpose guiding you to be more than you ever could imagine.

Find a mentor this is a person who has left a positive impact on your life and the exciting choice you have made to market in cyberspace. Follow this person who is getting the results that you can see. A mentor can guild you and educate you at the same time. It is easier when you like and respect the person it becomes a win win for all involved. You will not hurt anyone except yourself if you are running after someone for help especially if you are paying to be on a membership site.I looked for the people that I respect and were up front with how they approach their business.

I am a proud person doing things my way for a long time and I am paying for the information I needed to get things up and running I am determined to succeed. Education is the power source you are looking for. I don't care how hard you think it is going to be, it is going to be ten times harder without someone to show you the way. Things are changing at the speed of light here in cyberspace so finding the best educator for your needs is critical in cyberspace.
