Joy Can Never Be Lost!

Maybe you blame it on your boss, a difficult co-worker, client or even the weather. I have noticed that there are times when I'm salsa-dancing and I'm not having my usual awesome time, and I can hear myself and others saying, 'There's no one to dance with, the music isn't any good tonight. It's too hot in here.'

But, we always have two choices. We can use the external circumstances of our lives and other people as an excuse to not feel joyful, or we can decide that no matter what happens, or who we encounter, we are going to feel good.

Start doing these 3 things every day, and watch your life change!

1. Set up an intention for your day or before you do an activity to feel good no matter what (even the weather or traffic!) You don't have control over anything outside of you anyway!

2. Throughout your day, pay attention to your thoughts or words that are coming out of your mouth. Consciously choose another, more positive thought, or close your mouth and stop speaking. And if you need to walk away from someone who's having a negativity party, just do it!

3. Refocus on the things around you that you appreciate or that you enjoy. You will find that in no time at all, you can shift how you feel. And when you feel better, 'surprisingly', the circumstance or person that was bothering you, no longer does, and your joy starts shining through again.

Remember! Nothing or no one can ever affect your true joy. YOU get to decide in every moment how you want to feel. Do you want to feel your joy, or do you want to give your power away to things you have no control over?

I choose JOY, every time.

Joy Breaks With Internet Marketing Home Business

I'm grateful that I can take advantage of scheduling what I do each day, but even if you don't have complete control try and work a job break into you work day. Why, you ask? I've found that those of us that are driven to succeed tend to get so wrapped up in our work that it actually hurts our success at times. We love what we do so much that stepping back or away for just a short time seems like a waste of time, but that is not the case. That short joy break invigorates, relaxes, and refocuses or attention providing an extended endurance. Most think of vacations in this light, but how often do we actually take vacations tow maybe 3 times per year. This is not nearly enough motivation for daily and monthly goal attainment in my mind.

So let's look at some ideas for adding joy breaks in your day. First, look at your work environment and what is available to you. Can you take a brief walk or ride outside during your day? Can you talk with friend and master mind on goals? What about sharing some of your time and talents with others by volunteering? Find several things that you enjoy doing that fit in your work day and choose one daily to act on and energize you.

The main benefit of doing this may seem obvious, but for some maybe not so much. Therefore, let me explain what I get from joy breaks. There are several things I gain from this activity...everything from increased motivation to complete my work prior, the feeling of earning a reward, the satisfaction of stealing a bit of fun on a heavy work filled day, and even a sense of refreshment in mind and body. Don't take this on my word give it shot on your own and see what happens. With the completion of writing this article my joy breaks with internet marketing home business are ready to commence...the dogs and I are off on the trail...enjoy.
