When you loose focus of your Why! In trainings I have done around the world, this one of the most popular reasons leaders share with me as to why they lost their way. I bet if you take a look back at your levels of success, and challenges, this might be the same reason for you too.

So how do you keep your personal leadership from going awry?

This is the power of a mastermind group, the power of an accountability team, coach or mentor. The best way is to make sure that you have people around you that are able to call you out on your actions and let you know that you are off the reservation. If you choose to have this, then there is a great chance that you will stay on course better.

If you choose to go it alone, then don't be surprised you don't recognize some of the destinations that you show up in.

What is an indicator that your leadership has gone awry as it relates to your team?

The first telltale sign is your volume begins to drop off. People are telling you they will get back on autoship next month, they just had some personal things to take care of this month. What they are saying in reality is that I'm not making any money and I have to figure out what I am going to do with this business.
