Of course, the first thing to ask yourself is why this happens to you? Are you living a little luxuriously? No one wants to cut their expenses but if you are finding month after month that you run short of cash in the fourth week after receiving your salary or pay check, then you are going to have to get tough with yourself!

Why? Money isn't magic! Money is just numbers. If you constantly run short of cash you are over spending on your income. It doesn't matter whether you like to face this or not, it's a fact, it won't go away, and you do need to take action now!

You won't find any value in earning extra cash until you tighten your budget and let go a few expenses you just don't require. Cappuccinos cost you calories and dollars! They are your single biggest small waste of resources! They suck because they drain your energy and leave you hating your waist line! Get rid of these kind of wasteful habits and replace coffee with bottled mineral water: think of the buzz you'll get from being healthy and the sensation you'll cause around you!

Get into good diet and exercise habits and consider your travel costs: if your workplace is in the town where you live, get a bicycle! You don't have to sell your gas guzzling motor vehicle but at least get fit and save gas travelling to work. At the end of the month put the dollars you have saved into a savings account that is just a little difficult to break into - say a thirty day account.

How else can you save? Can you have your hair done a little less often? Golf less frequently? Vacation nearer home this year? Tell your friends you are saving for something big and leave them guessing: they'll be intrigued! I tell you, you have to get inside your lifestyle like this first and cut the dross, smarten up, get fit, and feel like a million dollars with maximum oxygen buzzing round inside you before ever you create an extra cash income stream, OK?

Otherwise this is what happens (and you know it's true!) - you make more money and buy yourself those items you've wanted for years. Turns out there's a lot you've always wanted so before long you need extra extra cash and then more! There is no limit to how much you can spend: so limit yourself before you give yourself the chance. Come on, you know it makes sense or you wouldn't even be reading this!

So first of all, get TOUGH on yourself. Get fit, eat only natural wholesome foods and drink a LOT of water every day. Zero donuts. Zero. I mean it! Don't EVER let even one pastry anywhere near your lips, OK! You'll only have to run 40 miles to burn that one donut, and I ask you, do you really want to run that far? For one donut?

You get my point. Smarten up. Now why do you want extra cash? Doesn't your pay check stretch far enough? So why did you take the job on in the first place? Kind of dumb thinking? Or else your appetite has grown since you started working there? Or you just had so many more kids? Guess what, your kids can earn their own extra cash! You know what? They'll do better than you because they have energy you lack, and true motivation. If you are still working for someone else I'd say your motivation level in life is around zero.

OK, so you started in reading this hoping for tips to make extra cash and so far you've had zero tips, right? I did say these tips work for me: I'm just telling you straight what works for me! I really do apologize if you got offended there when I said dumb, but you know, you have to get real TOUGH on yourself if you want the kind of life where you seriously never need to even think about extra cash!

Now check in on this for a moment: think about your boss, your manager, your supervisor - do they ever need extra cash? They may be reading this right now! You really suppose they pay off their credit cards every month and save and invest and do smart things with all the cash they have left over out of their salary every month? I mean, what car do they drive? Where do they shop for clothes? Where do they vacation? Do they live in a smart part of town?

Would you like their job, and the salary with it? Would you like their monthly expenses? No matter how much people earn, they always outspend their income - every single month! Just like you do! But the more hours you work in a week, the less time and energy you have to earn extra cash! And to admit you have to earn extra cash, that's not shouting SUCCESS! Is It? So what gives?

My top tip is this: forget extra cash and set yourself a grand long term goal for the near future which is to start your own smart business and set your own salary doing something you love and believe in. Offer real value and top customer service. Believe in yourself - you know you can. You can achieve whatever you set yourself to. Suddenly, the first time for years, you feel a little motivation coursing through your veins! So what can you do in business? Team up with a partner you know and trust. Get advice but go with your gut instinct. Plan ahead and be unafraid. If you need to move out of town then go.

You don't need me to list 101 business ideas: you already know what you love. You really really don't need any extra cash either! You need purpose, motivation, encouragement, a strong plan, daring, and courage to see this through. You need to start to take over your own life, starting with your salary! After all, the hours you put in at work, they are YOUR hours. The hours that make up your life. Don't give them away: trade them within your own business enterprise for the salary you set yourself.

One more vital tip here. You must not trade in your job for a similar set up. So many folk start a business venture and end up working too many hours every day and going broke. You need to start a real business with real financing and a strong plan: you need to outsource and delegate and get in the people you require. You must set targets and stick to them. WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN???!!! And then all the big names start coming WORK WITH TOM Multi Millionaire, MAKE MONEY WITH DICK SUPER AFFLIATE!!! LEARN From HARRY KEYWORD!! and so on and so on and so on.

Now lets say, that you decide you want to find out what TOM has to offer, you click on his name and VOILA, You are now sent to this fancy looking page and it asks you to put in your name and Email address, Sounds OK right?,

So you DO and then you get this email and you get some information from Tom. You click on this email that Tom sent you and it sends you to another site where Jerry's information is there... So now you have to go through the whole process again so you put in your information again and bam another time and another time and another time,, They are all ganging up on you.

the emails start piling up, -where do you turn? what do you do? your head starts to ache and feel as though its gonna explode. then the emails start coming and coming and coming! Who's right?, what do i even try to do?

Well i can save this persons stuff... And, this person is interesting. Its just toooooo much and you run from the room screaming for your life!

Wikipedia defines"Information Overload" as a term that refers to the difficulty a person can have understanding an issue and making decisions that can be caused by the presence of too much information.

TOO MUCH INFORMATION, TOO many decisions,What do I do??

The truth is, almost every single decision that you make in your life, could be subject to Information Overload.

Lets say were dating. your parents hate me and think that I am too old for you. Your best friend loves me and says I am the cats meow. Your other friend thinks that I may be a player but has no proof. Blah blah blah. Do you dump me or keep me, spay me or neuter me??? Gets to be too much doesn't it. Information Overload strikes again..

I am here to tell you, you are not alone!, Everyone who has started an business online has had to go through this treacherous minefield. AND I am happy to tell you they have come out from the other side. The purpose of this Report is to arm you with some insight on what you need to do to have a go at Internet Marketing.

When you understand What your Special Purpose is(chuckle) and you cut down your options, quickly, only then can you make a clear cut and decisive decision and TAKE ACTION!!!.

Mentally PREPARE!!!

At first, learning to make money online is SCARY because you are in constant fear of the unknown. So, what I want you to do, is relax, take a deep breath and be calm just for a second.

Realize that learning to make a living on the internet is not going to be a simple process. There are Certain Skills that you will have to learn and develop. Much like an athlete prepares for her sport you are going to have to PREPARE. You are going to have to learn new things that you will not understand at first, but if you keep up with your learning, then it will start to make sense.

So just know that this will not be an easy task, but if you stick with it, you will be rewarded for your efforts!

Think about it this way. Lets just say that your learning curve is at the extreme low end and it takes you 10 years to learn to make the kind of money on the internet that everyone talks about. You keep your day job and you spend all your nights on the computer at home. Lets also say that you are in your early 30's Like I am(cough-cough). That means, since this income we are generating is going to be a residual/recurring income, that you will still retire 15 to 20 yrs earlier than 97% of the population. 10 years is a long curve, I have seen people do it in 1 or even 2.

Is it worth your time to learn these skills?

YOU BET IT IS!

With all the negative things that are going on in the world today, it is a wonder anyone ever gets anything done or even survives. The Newspaper the TV and The lady next door who gossips all have negative things to say about the world. I am here to tell you, if you let all those negative things affect your psyche, then you will have no chance succeeding in anything, let alone an internet business.

You also need to not let peoples opinions influence you in your success. As you start to do this business, the people closest to you can be a major factor in whether you are able to get this done until the end. DO NOT let them bring you down. "You are not good enough" or "Get a real job" is something you may hear, but the fact is that some people do not want to see you succeed and will tell you how they feel constantly. Be A Rock and Keep at it!!! You will see results.

They say it takes 10 positive thoughts to make up for one negative one so, If I were you, I would make it a habit to read 2 new books a month. Not just any old books but the kind that all the Millionaires and Super successful people read. The kinds of books that is fuel for the brain such as Stuff from Anthony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, or even Rhonda Byrne. You will find out when you start to read these books, you will have a brighter outlook and will be mentally prepared for the obstacles that you face on a daily basis.

Taking Action!! (Or Tiking) For you cockneys out there

You can read all the eBooks about internet marketing and watch all the videos and even go to ALL the seminars, but you will never make a penny in this business unless you do something very important. This one thing is what separates the people who make money online and the people who only dream about it is this thing is called. TAKING ACTION!!! You have to let go of those inhibitions and fears!!! You have to take action, even if you learn one new thing a day, you have to implement it in your business or you will never succeed. To get myself going, I like to set goals.

GOALS!!!

You hear it all the time in this type of business, but if you don't set them then how will you know that you've reached them?

Huh?

Yes I said how will you know? What you need to do is make a plan on what you want from life. What are you going to be doing in 10 years,5 years, 1 year, 1 month 1 week and what are you going to do TODAY!!! Make it one of your new habits to write down your goals and I KNOW you will see big changes in your life.

TRASH THE TRASH!!!!

My Last tip to combat information overload that I find quite effective is to Unsubscribe the people who don't add value. If they are constantly bombarding you, email you 3 or 4 times a day and not giving any value then hit that unsubscribe button. I made the mistake, like everyone has in the beginning, to subscribe to all those lists and get all those free gifts. Its OK to add a few things to your collection but do go overboard!!! I downloaded 124 items one day(think of all those lists) so I come from a place of learning. You have to stop, I know many marketers are going to hate me for saying this, but it is the truth. You have to find the ones that speak to you and ditch all the others. Otherwise you will find yourself in a state of constant reading and learning and never in the ACTION Stage. You cant make money unless you take action.

Here is my Magical Formula to Combat Information overload.

1.Be prepared to learn new skills
2.Stay positive-read books
3.Take it one step at a time and don't try to do to much at once
4.The more you understand the less you will be subject to Information overload
5.Set GOALS!!!!
6.Get off your butt and Do Something - Take Action
7.Only sign up to the email accounts that you think will drive you forward and unsubscribe all the trash!!
