A real money maker Internet business is the basic "How-to" report. Whether electronic or paper, it's something anyone can easily produce. Given the proper combination of information and time, you could quickly become independently wealthy. The basic report is usually about ten pages in length, sells for about $10, is unique in nature, and outlines the details and instructions for solving a problem, or doing something that makes the reader more money, attain greater happiness, or fulfill an ambition of some sort. Some of the most successful, time-proven reports continue to sell well today, and contain nothing more than basic information and the author's "secret" for solving or accomplishing the goal at hand. Anyone can write saleable material on just about any subject employing proper research and note-taking skills. Many how-to products are nothing more than a list of steps to be taken. Keep your instructions clear and easy-to-understand. It's better to write something that can be understood by a sixth-grader, than a PhD. A good way to start writing how-to reports is to begin with something you already know about. Just make a list of steps explaining how-to accomplish a given goal that will somehow improve the reader's life in some way. In many cases, you will begin to get ideas for other reports while you're writing. Just make a note of the idea and set it aside for another time. When you think you have finished your master-piece, re-read it and look for areas that need editing. Rewrite and polish your words and report, making it worthy of purchase. When you think it is finally complete, set it aside for a few days to "cook" and re-read it again. If it still reads as well as it did a few days earlier, you're ready to publish. You can publish your material a number of ways. Laser printers are incredibly inexpensive and paper reports are easy to send by mail. If you market your report online, you could offer to ship it by email and save the reader the cost of postage.
