Tips for a New Momentrepreneur!

1) Learn to say NO! When you are a first time or even new mom entrepreneur, there will be people or even close family members who will not take you or your business serious. They will still require you to do all of the things that you use to do, while in the corporate world. You will really have to become tough and say No. It's o.k. to value your time and your work because if you don't value what you do, how do you expect someone else to. One of the things, I do on a regular basis is keep a to do list on hand. When I complete a task, I cross it off and put a star by it. This really helps me to feel like I've accomplished something for that particular day.

2) Delegate your work load around the house. What I mean by this is if you have a spouse, children or parents around. Ask them to help you with giving certain people a chore to complete. Now, I know for myself, I often times bribe my babies (5 and 3 years old) to help keep their room clean. By doing so, I either treat them to the red box for one of the latest kids movies, or take them to the playground at McDonalds. Be creative when it comes to your kids. It all depends on the age bracket. Now, with my husband, sometimes, I ask him to do a couple of loads of cloth to help keep them down to a load or two. Most of the time, if he's at home, like the weekend, he will keep the kids down stairs or take them for a ride, so I can focus on my reading or getting things ready for the upcoming week. I don't work per say with my business but, catching up on blogging and making videos.

3) Surround yourself with a positive network or group of people. When you are starting a new business or just adding new ideas to your existing business, it's almost a must have to stay positive and have your closest circle of friends and family members be positive as well. You can join various groups on Facebook, or other ning social networking groups. When you are looking for groups to join, try searching groups within your niche or targeted marketed. I can tell you from experience that when you surround yourself with like minded people, you will be amazed at all the great resources and knowledge that you will gain. I mean I have been a member of CEOMamma since October of 2010 and by now my head should be biggest as an elephant from all the great knowledge and resources that I have obtained.. I would suggest joining some of these groups mentioned above to fellowship and share your experiences. You never know, someone just might have the answer to a question that you just can't seem to find an answer to.

4) Take care of your health! Yes, I said it. See as mothers we always tend to get caught up in taking care of everyone and everybody else, that we tend to forget about self. Well, I'm here to tell you that a hard head makes a very soft behind (my mama use to say). Your body needs rest, and plenty of it. If you have infants in the house, it is detrimental that you get as much rest as possible because you WILL most definitely need it. Get your regular pap smears, visit your doctors on a regular basis. Most importantly, eat a balanced meal daily and drink plenty of water. Now, I'm guilty of this, I sometimes have forgotten to drink water, not because I don't like it, but because I have started my day off getting everything on my to do list done, and taking care of everyone else and have not even looked at a bottle water. I'm working on this. I now keep a bottle water by my bed and on my desk in my office.

5) Make room for emergencies! What I mean by this is always be flexible. Leave room for the oh so sweet surprises or emergencies. For example, last week, my son had a horrible nose bleed and he had to picked up from school and rushed to the emergency room. When I tell you, I had to keep my cool, and try to look like I was calm for my babies sake. He was all panicky and scared, so like any mother would do when something is wrong with their little people, be brave and show no fear. Believe it or not, kids can sense when something is not right. But, thankfully, everything is fine and my little Ishmael is back to his normal big self. Speaking of that, we just played with the bubbles. "who can blow the biggest bubbles". Now, that's the joy of being your own boss and not having to explain yourself or give an explanation for your reasons for having to leave work to attend to an ill child.

I do hope these tips will allow you to take a deep breath and to help you have a smoother journey on your way to the Donald Trump Level!! I want to hear from you, let me know your concerns and struggles. If this has helped you in any way, feel free to tweet this and share it on Facebook. Until next time, God Bless.

Best Wishes,
LaTersa Blakely http://www.diapercakesbylatersa.blogspot.com

Home Business Guide: Building an Income From Home

As more and more people lose their jobs, the allure of starting a home-based business and escaping the work force seems more and more appealing. In reality, there are thousands of people who have made comfortable lifestyles for themselves by leaving the work force and starting home based businesses. So, below, I'm going to outline a quick guide to give you an idea of which type of business is best for you.

First off in our home business guide is Network Marketing or MLM companies. In these opportunities, independent contractors are accepted to join in a pyramid-style structure. These contractors make money by selling products and services and recruiting enrollees underneath them. Typically, a consultant pays an upfront cost to join the business, or opportunity.

Next is Affiliate Marketing. In this business model, an individual offers to advertise a product created as an affiliate. Unlike MLM companies, there is often no way to earn money based on recruiting new consultants. This type of a home business model is best for those who have a large list of email contacts numbering into the thousands whom they can recommend products and services to. Generally, affiliates are awarded 50% commissions based on all sales.

Similar to affiliate marketing is CPA marketing, where the owner of a large email list earns money by simply referring people to opt in on a lead capture page. CPA marketers are paid for each opt in they refer.

Also, some individuals who read this home business guide may find that they would prefer to start their own company based on marketing their own products and services. This is a great option, since home business owners are able to keep all of the money earned on each sale. The downside: building a 'brand' and a reputation is difficult when starting out.

Obviously, there are a number of other ways in which an at-home startup can be built, but these are the three easiest models for a new upstart home-based entrepreneur to start out in. All three are legitimate business models, and I have found success in each.

For Online Business Success - Hire the Best People to Help You

It is easy to think that you are the only one responsible for the success or failure of your online business. It is very common when people first begin their attempts to succeed online that they have faulty ideas on the fastest way to profit. It starts with the false notion that they will make more money by doing everything themselves. This has actually stifled and eventually ruined many online businesses.

To correct that thinking we should start with a quote from the late fast food king who said;

"You're only as good as the people you hire." Ray Kroc

When Ray Kroc bought out the first handful of McDonalds he already had big goals. They had originally been owned by two brothers that thought it would be foolish to start any new ones. They thought it would be safer and better financially to just keep running the ones they first started. There is some interesting history about the early negotiations and eventual sale of the McDonalds to Ray Kroc. Nevertheless, for the sake of our discussion, you know about the financial empire that he eventually built.

Do you think Ray Kroc would have ever succeeded like he did if he thought he had to do everything himself? Imagine what would have happened to his franchises if he felt the need to do all the bookkeeping, maintenance, cooking, ordering, stocking, hiring, scheduling, running a cash register, and so on. There is no way that one person could even handle ONE fast food restaurant with that kind of thinking.

The same is true with any online business. A lot will depend, of course, on the type of online business you have. In every case, though, there is a need to pay for good skilled help if you want to succeed.

There are various ways to pay for assistance. It could mean outsourcing some work to a freelancer or a company that specializes in what you require. You could hire a virtual assistant in another country. In some cases it may be best to hire employees to actually physically work alongside you. Sometimes you can find software to automate some of your daily tasks to speed up the work. The software may be a one-time expense or it might involve a monthly fee.

It is important not to look at these as wasted expenses. If you wisely choose whom and how to pay for these services, it could actually boost your overall profits. If you can get the more routine or time consuming things done for you it may help you concentrate on your strengths. I know several people that gladly pay for advertising because it almost always brings in a higher return than their costs. In that case it would be foolish NOT to pay for advertising. The same can be said about many other products and services. If it saves you time and/or money it could be a great choice.

Does it make sense to take several days to do something that a qualified programmer can do in a few hours? Do you really want to spend days keeping up with the latest tax and legal matters or simply pay for some expert advice? Everyone will make different choices but it is not realistic to think you can do everything.

Unfortunately, I know a few people that are not doing any better online than they were five or six years ago. That is fine for those that just want a little extra spending money. However, if you are serious about an online business you must consider getting the best help you can as soon as you can. Just starting out you may need to do almost everything yourself because of budget limitations. That can actually be a good way to learn lots of different skills. It is not good long term, though, because it severely limits your ability to grow or as some call it - "scale up."

Some of the most successful Internet marketers I know pay to have for virtually everything done for them. Several of them are highly skilled in areas that they still contract others to handle. They have found that their business does better if they oversee or manage rather than trying to do everything hands on themselves.

In summary, don't be afraid to spend money to get some good, qualified help. Very often contracting out some work or buying some helpful software can speed up or improve your success. It is important to stick to a budget, but it is also vital to find ways to keep progressing forward.

One of the most important things to succeed in your online business is to [http://almostpassive.com/stay-focused-on-your-goals/]stay focused on your goals. Be sure to visit our website and discover ways to build a [http://almostpassive.com/]online passive income.

Are You Looking for the Best Home Based Business?

The main problems facing people that want to work from home is 'what can I do?' and 'who can teach me' unfortunately at the present time there appears to be more 'Experts and mentors' online than ever before and of course most of us are pretty honest and we just want a fair deal so how can we tell when we are being sold a lemon? The simple truth as far as I am concerned is that I don't know. But I do know this much.

Be completely honest with yourself and answer this questions: Before you do I would just like to clarify this point: There is a difference between a Home Run Business and a Business Run from Home.

Many people work from home, plumbers, dog walkers, taxi drivers etc but they do not work at home.

Many others work at home, child minders, writers, network marketers, typists etc, but they work at home not from home.

Now back to the question 'what are you looking for in a Home Based Business?' if the answer is simply 'I want to make a lot of money' then of course you are going to have so many get rich quick programs being thrust in front of you that you won't know which ones to believe or which ones you could most likely make a go of. And quite possibly you will end up look at the offer that has the most exciting looking webpage and the most zeros in their promise of quick riches.

The best Home based Business is one that you truly control yourself and one that you truly love to be involved with, whether it is looking after children or pets, writing, making dresses or mending roofs if it is your business and you truly enjoy what you do and you do it well then of course all of the profit is yours and you don't have to worry about uplines and downlines and meeting targets etc.

Off course as a self employed person there is absolutely no reason at all why you cannot have the best of both worlds and look for a company that may recruit self employed agents to supply high quality dog food and accessories while at the same time you may wish to run your own dog walking or grooming business. Or another example might be a person who decides to become a Personal trainer may distribute healthy food supplements to their customers as an added service.

One thing is for sure, you will have to find customers. Even the largest companies in world advertise and promote their businesses, Wal-Mart advertise their business so to do Toyota and McDonalds and you will have to as well. That may sound daunting but in today's modern world it is as easy to talk to people in England and Australia as it is to the people 50 miles away from where you live.

Hi Max Greene here and thank you for reading my article. if you are serious about learning how to use the Internet to create an income then this could be just what you are looking for, everybody needs a plan, here's yours, http://theaplan.net this will show you exactly how to create and market your business, please take a look you will be glad that you did, Good Luck, all the best, regards Max Greene.

Online Business Ideas: 4 Types to Choose From

Are you ready to become you own boss? Whether you are ready to leave the traditional workforce for good or just need to supplement your income, it can be difficult to know what online business ideas are available out there. Depending on your level of experience, the amount of money you have to invest, and how much time you need to build your business, there is definitely a business out there for your needs. In this article, we discuss the top four types of online businesses so that you can decide which one works best for your needs.

Turnkey or Franchise Businesses

A turnkey business, often called a franchise, is a complete business package that you buy all in one piece. As its name implies, all you have to do is turn the key, and you can start your business. In the past, turnkey applied mostly to brick and mortar businesses. Indeed, some of the most popular companies in the world are franchise businesses, such as 7-11, Subway, and McDonalds. But with the surging success of online businesses, you can buy turnkeys that are online businesses only. All marketing, advertising, and templates are already accomplished for you, all you need to do is run the daily affairs of the business.

Turnkeys are the most expensive home businesses to purchase. You will need to provide proof of financial stability and offer a considerable investment to purchase one. They also require a great deal of personal commitment, as you are responsible for running all aspects of the business you purchase.

Multi-Level Marketing

Multi-level marketing, also known as MLM, requires you to sell a product for a company and recruit others to do the same. You will earn a percentage of your recruits' income, building what's known over time as a downline of residual income. There is some financial investment required of people who start in MLM, but it's not nearly as hefty as a turnkey or franchise business.

MLM can be difficult for people who dislike sales or feel guilty about recruiting others to join a company. The process of building a downline takes time and your income will take a hit until you do have a healthy amount of residual income coming in. While many MLM companies provide training, others do not, which can make it very hard to get the training you need to be successful.

Direct Sales
With direct sales, you basically work for one company selling their products, or you can market your own products to an audience. This requires a great deal of financial commitment, as you will need to invest in your own stock. If you opt for direct sales, you will also need to be comfortable with making sales to others.

Unless you have something you are selling that you really feel passionate about or enjoy, making a good living can be difficult with direct sales. Some direct sales companies have also developed a bad reputation for selling subpar products, so make sure you are working for a company that offers quality products before you sign on.

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing allows you to make income online without the commitment required of MLM and turnkey businesses. In fact, many entrepreneurs start with affiliate marketing as a way of making passive or additional income, and then find their businesses grow to the point where they can quit their day jobs. Affiliate marketing is also a great choice for people who don't have a great deal of money to start up a business, as very little financial investment is required. There is no stock to carry or business to purchase, so you can start up for almost nothing.

Top rated affiliate programs will give you the training you need to make your business a success. Many people opt for affiliate programs because the training is so comprehensive and because selling and recruitment is generally not required.

Making quick money with [http://www.provenfreedomstrategies.com/recommendations/]online business ideas is easier if you get the right instruction. Cheap Home Business Franchises

Most people are unaware that when they shop or eat out in famous restaurants and shops that many of them are in fact franchises. A franchise is the opportunity to trade under a company's name but on a profit basis. You will of course have to pay for this privilege and in some cases thousands of pounds are spent to trade under famous names', a great example of this is McDonalds. This famous restaurant has been franchising out its stores for many years, for those that can afford to take on the opportunity are almost certain to make money from its famous name.

The cost of a franchise is usually dependent on the turnover of the company name but in some cases you can snap up a great deal from companies that use Multi Level Marketing as a means of selling their product under the franchise of the name. I am sure you have heard of names such as 'Herbalife' and 'Kleeneze' These companies have built a great reputation franchising out their name to individuals to build a business using a multi level marketing business model.

This is how it works; The Company allows you to promote and sell their products under their name, in return you get commissions from the products that you sell. The other area in which you can develop the business is to recruit people to do the same as what you are doing in return you will also get commissions on the products that they sell. Essentially you will get paid for the work of others.

This type of business model is fast becoming the promotion of choice for some major company's around the world and for those that work hard at it can see great returns even after they retire. With the recruitment of lots of people below you it is possible to build a substantial passive income that will keep building even after you retire.

One should be aware of some things to look for in a franchise opportunity of this sort; look for a company that does not require you to buy stock in advance and these can often be illegitimate business opportunities. Also look for a company that is in good financial standing, if they are doing well they will provide you with a yearly financial report so you can monitor the growth and success, finally look for the training that is available within the company. It is in the interest of the company to ensure that they offer excellent training facilities for their distributors as they are essential for success.

Adam has recently been involved with a registered Plc company in the U.K, using [http://www.endlesscashpot.com]Multi Level Marketing as a method to promote their business. The payment structure is one of the best in MLM and has the power to keep paying you well after retirement. You are not required to purchase a product and the services are required by every home in the U.K. Come and see this [http://www.endlesscashpot.com]amazing opportunity for yourselves.

One Fact Home Business Entrepreneurs Can't Afford To Miss

Home business entrepreneurs will naturally be exercising their problem solving skills more than the average person. It just comes with the territory.

Problem solving is one thing - but identifying the primary log-jams of your business that are keeping you from achieving significant breakthroughs and higher levels of success are another world altogether.

These logjams are known as 'constraints'. Home business entrepreneurs need to understand that constraints are an aspect of their business that has been severely limiting growth.

Naturally there are lots of potential 'parts' of you business that could be the source of your primary constraint.

The product or service itself (Example: A well known maker of Brandy was losing market share to a competitor with an inferior product simply because their bottle and label were sub-standard)
Conflicts between the tactics you're using VS. a strategy suitable for market. (Example: People new to MLM are told to build their business by marketing to their family and friends instead of learning to find & attract the people who actually want what their selling).
Making the mistake of focusing primarily on working 'in' you business rather than 'on' your business. (working on your business allows you to develop the systems so other people can do the work while you focus on building the business.) McDonalds got where they are due to their systems.

Business entrepreneurs need to consistently be 'on the hunt' for the current aspect of their business that is under the greatest constraint.

This is essential because these logjams exist at every level of a businesses growth.

Like life itself, a business is either growing or its dying. In order to continue to expand your business (or even to 'maintain' an existing position) clearing these log jams are a top priority and responsibility for business owners.

Unfortunately; the most important element of success in business success (and the biggest constraint by far), is also almost always the one that home business owners shun the most: Marketing & Sales.

This can not be emphasized strongly enough: Without a 'sale' nothing else happens.

No matter how good your product/service is, if people aren't aware it is available or how it is substantially better than what they are using, you will fail.

Those words may upset some readers but I'm a no B.S. kind of person and we all need to face reality - and the sooner the better...

The good news, which is just as unknown to home business owners; is that 'sales' is actually a lot of fun once you learn to attract the people who are already motivated to purchase what you're offering.

If you're a smart home business entrepreneur you started your business because you found a product/service that you love.

That's great, but that does not mean that everyone else in the world is going to share your interest in that product let alone love it the way you do.

Time and again I've seen new home business people trying to convince a prospect about their product's merits without recognizing they might as well be talking to a brick wall.

Pitching your product to the wrong prospect is by far the most prevalent mistake I see new home business entrepreneurs making. The consequences are often serious:

The whole experience is very stressful and emotionally draining for both the prospect (especially if it's a family member or friend) as well as yourself.
The resistance generated from 'wrong prospects' is substantial and can make a new entrepreneur second guess themselves - or their product (which can kill a new business in nothing flat).
The time wasted on 'wrong prospects' means you weren't with the prospect that wants/needs your product (i.e. - no sale).

Constraints are a fact of business that is constant. They are either suppressing a business or (once cleared), are opening whole new opportunities for expansion. Learn to face this critical fact and to embrace the opportunities they present.

Home business entrepreneurs are the new lifeblood of America's economic recovery and learning to consistently address constraints will be a major key to their success.

Why I Started My Online Business From Home - 3 Reasons Why I Love My Job!

There's a few reasons why I started my online business from home. Ok, actually there's a LOT of reasons, but here's a few of the biggest ones.

1) Set My Own Schedule

I want to be able to set my own schedule. So if I want to stay up really late on a Tuesday night playing video games or watching a movie, I can do that! I don't have to be in to work super early.

Or maybe I want to take a 2 hour nap on Thursday afternoon. That's cool! Because I can catch up on my work afterwards, or just wake up early Friday morning to do it.

Having your own work schedule is AMAZING.

2) Unlimited Income Potential

If you have a traditional job, you're income potential is pretty limited. With a home business, my income potential is pretty much unlimited.

Its not just based on how long I've been doing it. It isn't capped by how many commissions I'm getting.

I can make as much as I want, as long as I'm willing to put in the work!

3) Its More Fun!

I think it's a lot of fun to see how my home business performs. Especially because I know that its due to my hard work!

So if I'm making a lot of money, I know its because I worked really hard. And when I'm not making any money, I know it's because I've been a slacker!

But just know that if you're thinking of starting an online business, DO IT. It's a lot more rewarding, fun, and nice to have my own schedule!

If you're interested in learning how to start an [http://superaffiliatesecrets.info/MyBusinessStory.php?a=ez]online business, now is the perfect time. The economy isn't getting better anytime soon, and your job is probably in trouble! You can get started for just a few dollars- less than a meal at McDonalds to be in fact!

I know you're interested, so [http://superaffiliatesecrets.info/MyBusinessStory.php?a=ez]Click Here to see how I did it!

Good luck!

How to Start Your Own Online Business Empire

Forbes Magazine approximates that 40 million people will want to start their own business online. The reason is because more and more people are realizing that entrepreneurship may be the only way to their heart's desire. That being said, more and more people are wondering how they would go about starting a business online.

Starting a business online is actually easier than what most people think. It's actually easier than starting a business offline (brick-and-mortar). The reason is because starting a business online doesn't have the big headaches that come with starting a business offline. Starting offline, you have to get A LOT of money, find a commercial zoned space for your business (the zoning has to relate to what type of business you're running), and sometimes, finding employees which just brings in more headaches. On the other hand, starting a business online is almost completely opposite. You don't need too much capital (money to start a business), you could work at home (or anywhere you can get internet), and you can do most of the work yourself. Though all that may be true, still, starting a business (online or offline) first requires research.

Research is probably one of the biggest hurdles future millionaires have gone through. Even if you were to join a home based business, like an MLM (Multi Level Marketing) for example, you would still need to do some research. What I mean is that there are things you still must consider when joining any business (especially with all the HYPE going around on the internet). If you would like more information on how to find the right business opportunity to join, then read my article:

You see, when business owner does thorough research in the beginning, he/she is able to plan their business much more effectively. Trust me, planning the business is very important. Without a solid plan, there will be no solid business. In fact, lots of people get so excited in starting a business, especially the ones that join already formed businesses (MLM, Network Marketing, Business Opportunities), that they inevitably forget to plan right. Here's a saying in the business that may get you in the right mindset of entrepreneurship: "If you FAIL to PLAN, you PLAN to FAIL." Simple as that.

So now, you're probably wondering what should you research. Well, before we get into that, you must understand that a business is, in all it's purity, a solution to a problem. Think about it, McDonalds has the solution to the "I'm hungy. What should we eat?" problem. Home Depot has the solution to improve your home. Any business you see out there, is a solution to a problem. So, what you need to research is what solution are you going to provide? Are you going to provide great advice on how to get more healthy and fit? Are you going to provide a solution to those who need money? Are you going to provide a solution to those that are having problems with their spouses?

There are a lot of problems out there. However, one person can't solve them all. But then again, one person can solve one problem. What abilities do you posses that might be a solution to a problem? What passions do you have that may constitute as a solution to a problem? These type of questions are the questions you ask when you are starting a business. What you are essentially doing is trying to find the right market. For example: Maybe you love the idea of weddings. Well, then your market is, yes you guessed, The Wedding Market. Simple right?

Yes, it is simple finding a market. However, that's just the first step. The next thing to do is break it down. You need to find what we call a "niche" in the market. The reason being is because just wedding is too general. Lets put it this way: McDonald's is in the fast food industry (Wedding). However, they don't serve all kinds of fast food. Their specialty are hamburgers (Niche). So, their Market is fast food, and their niche is hamburgers. So with the wedding market, the niche can be wedding dresses. Another niche of wedding would be wedding planning. There are a ton of niches in each market. The simplest way to find the one you're going to be successful at is one where you will have passion about. After all, you got to be enthusiastic about your product right?

After the initial research stage, your next step would be to open up shop. You're probably wondering how to do that. It's simple really. First, you have to think a name of your shop. This may become a little difficult. I say so because, as stated in the beginning of the article, about 40 million people want to start an online business. That means, the name you want for your shop can already be taken. Just get a little creative, and you could end up owning a BRAND name. Now that you have a name, go register it. The name is what we call a domain. A domain is this: www.yourshopname.com Register your domain. There are lots of places to do this, but the one I recommend is namecheap.com (it's the one I use). OK, now that you have your market and name, you need somewhere to put it. This is what we call a host/server. Think of it as the real estate if you were opening an offline business. There are a lot of hosting services out there. It really doesn't matter where you go for hosting. It's really your choice. I would recommend justhost.com because it's what I use.

Alright! You got a market, a shop. Now, you need traffic (potential customers). Getting traffic is what we call Internet Marketing. Marketing is the hardest part in the online business world. However, once you master it, you are set for life. Once you master Internet Marketing, you can go beyond what you are selling, and sell anything to anyone around the world while you sleep. Sounds good huh? Unfortunately, it's not easy to master the Internet Marketing skill. It takes time, diligence, and hard, hard work. Fortunately, all the time, diligence, and hard, hard work will pay off 100x in the future. Think of it this way, work hard for 40 hours a week, for a year or two, and reap the benefits for life! So how do you market you say.

Well, that is about another 500 articles to write. What I recommend you do is google "how to internet marketing" and you will find 1,000,000 answers to that question. Internet Marketing is the meat of online businesses. It's what makes you work. It also is what makes you rich. If you really want more information, take a look at my sig on the bottom and it will tell you exactly what I do.

So now you know what it takes to start an online business. It may seem hard, but it really isn't. As long as you set your mind to it, you can make it happen. Trust me, in this business, mindset is what counts. The desire to do something and change your life for, not the better, but the best is all you really need to succeed.

Do You Want to Start an Internet Business Or Internet Job?

Are you ready to be an internet entrepreneur?

The reason why I ask is because a lot of people wait until they are in a lot of debt and then all of a sudden they want to start an internet based business. If you're only using the internet to get out of debt, then you're really not ready to become an online business entrepreneur.

You may not be as bad as people looking for the next "get rich quick" scheme, but you're almost as bad because all you have is a job mentality. People who are just looking for a way to pay off debt, are not going to invest the time and money that it takes to actually start an online business. You see, becoming an internet entrepreneur is the same as starting a business offline - you have to have some money and you have to have time to invest into your business. If you're not willing to sacrifice time and money, then starting an online business is not for you.

To become an internet entrepreneur you have to have the passion...

It takes more than just wanting to take care of a short term financial set back. When people decide that they want to own a franchise like Mcdonalds, for example, they don't make that decision based off of being in debt - 9 times out of 10 they can't even afford to get into the business because they don't have enough start up capital. So they obviously have other reasons for buying into that franchise.

So the question is, are you looking for a job on the internet or are you looking to start a business on the internet? There's a difference. Sure you can find a job online, such as becoming a virtual assistant or doing freelance work for others - this is a perfect avenue to take to make quick money using the internet.

If instead you want long term financial freedom, not worrying about income caps, having the ability to make money while sleeping or while on vacation, have the passion and desire to help others, understand that starting an online business takes time and money (however much less money than starting a traditional business), then starting an online business is for you.

Keep in mind that money should be invested on both your education and marketing...

Everyone needs to have a monthly marketing budget. Don't think that you can do this without spending any money at all. I know you hear about people doing things online for free; and yes, there are internet marketing strategies that you can utilize that won't cost you any money. Some are excellent and they are 100% free...

But...

You better understand that if you are going to take the free route, you must have a lot of time on your hands because where you don't spend money you will spend time (and vice versa). The best thing to do is balance out time and money spent on your business. Are you ready for that? If you don't have the time nor the money, then you won't have a successful business, period!
