Home Employment Agency Review

Have you gotten emails or seen ads from the Home Employment Agency? Did you get the impression they would tell you about a lot of different jobs that you could work from your home? If so, you may either have mis-interpreted or been mislead. Let's discuss why.

Home Employment Agency is a company that offers training for a business opportunity. It does not find, nor list jobs. They use logos from the various television stations on which they have advertised to give the impression that they are very legitimate just because they've advertised on TV. Furthermore, they use corporate logos on their site that may give the impression that they are representing these companies in finding employees. However, they never specifically state that either in text or on their video/audio.

Home Employment Agency often uses the word "job" or "jobs" in their text and audio. To my way of thinking that is very intentional. They don't have a jot to offer, any job. They are using what many people would consider an under-handed technique to lure people into paying for training. If they would just state what they are offering in a clear and concise manner up front, you wouldn't get the uneasy feeling of a bait-and-switch.

The training they offer would teach you how to market products on eBay. You would become what they call a listing agent. That is someone who gets the rights to market products from others on the eBay site and receive the mark-up as your income, less any fees associated with the sale-at-auction. You would actually be in business for yourself, managing your own time, making sure that you do sell for a profit, etc. You would list as many items as you could in a given day and, over time, that is many days or months, you'd hopefully make an acceptable income.

There is nothing wrong with being in business for yourself. Most people who really succeed in life are. Furthermore, there are, no doubt, people who are succeeding by offering products for sale on eBay and other auction sites. Even so, you might question whether or not the best place to learn the proper techniques for that are from Home Employment Agency.

Instead, do yourself a favor and get access to all of the methods that are successfully used to market whatever product or service you want. You can begin that learning process now before even knowing what you will sell. That knowledge gives you power over your future.

My First Worm Farming Experience - How to Farm Worms Without Mis-hap!

My First Worm Farming Experience.

I started worm farming in 1995, pretty early in the whole "organic, eco-friendly" scheme of things. I had an abundant supply of horse manure and wondered what I could do with it. I came across a video on worm farming, made by the most boring man in the country! However, his information was invaluable and after some preparation I ordered a couple of pounds of what he called Blue Nose Worms.

I had prepared several breeding tubs, as per instructions and loaded them with the prescribed amount of horse poop. Each container received around 250 worms.

In all my naive wisdom, I did not think that the containers needed lids, and in addition, having been told that the worms breed best in warm conditions, I decided to keep them inside. Well, I lived in a very cold climate, and did not want my little beauties to get cold and stop breeding. So, I bought a couple of old filing cabinets at an auction room and located them in my spare room. Perfect; each drawer was the same size as one of my tubs.

Ideal, I thought, warm, dark and easy to access to water and check; I didn't even have to go out side!

Each filing cabinet drawer got a plastic tub of blue nose wrigglers, randy and ready to breed 'til their hearts' content!

I checked them regularly during their first few hours of captivity, and, exactly as described in the manual, they burrowed into the poop and disappeared.

The following morning I awoke excited to see how my wee wonders were doing (I don't really know what I was expecting) in their new home.

I didn't have to look far from my bed side! As I swung my feet out on to my lovely hard wood floor, I immediately became aware of a purpley, writhing mass covering 90% of my bedroom! WORMS! Thousands of the little squirmers! They were everywhere..piled up in the corners, slithering across the open spaces and appearing and disappearing under the skirting boards.

My little composting wonders were also expert Houdinis and had managed to wriggle up the sides of the plastic containers and escape to make a bid for freedom. Maybe they knew that when they had achieved their task of changing horse poop into compost, they were destined for the fisherman's hook, I don't know!

It took me most of the day to collect as many as I could and re-instate them - with lids - into their breeding tanks.

The moral of the story is to always read ALL the instructions and never, ever, keep worms in your spare room; it can lead to divorce, separation and even worse murder (of the worms you step on, that is).

Go to the site below and get going on your quest to save the planet; Worms create totally organic fertiliser and nitrogen rich 'juice', reduce land fill and keep millions of fishermen happy.

I have been a worm farmer for 15 years and worm farming is magic and rewarding. I even "hatch" eggs in my hands- it's like having babies! There are lots of worm Farming secrets to be learned, and to make the most of yours- check out this site; http://www.farmingworms.com where there are lots of tips and links to get you up and running before you can say red wrigggler!

The Speed of Trust in Network Marketing

It's been said over and over again that network marketing is a relationship business. And what's at the core of any good relationship? Trust! With trust, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished. Without it, you're just wasting your time.

In network marketing, we are constantly battling against skepticism and negativity brought on by over-zealous distributors that will do anything to make a sale.

Can anyone really build a network marketing business? Can it be done by being completely honest and truthful with everyone you talk with? Do the people making money have success by making people believe that it's easy? Anyone can do it!

Heck, I sponsored 20 people into my business in the first 20 minutes I was signed up with my company! And in the process I made over $10,000 the first week! And if I can do it, you can too!

Do you think there might be something conveniently left out of that story? Is it believable that someone brand new to the business can duplicate those feats?

As we become more professional in our approach, it's critical to establish trust and integrity as one of our core values.

Speed of Trust

Stephen M.R. Covey recently wrote a book titled "The Speed of Trust". It discusses the importance of establishing trust with the people that you work with. Have you ever been in an business environment where you questioned the motives of your business partners or co-workers? What was that like?

Have you experienced the exact opposite - where everyone worked together like a well-oiled machine? Everyone was on the same wavelength. You knew that you were doing important work and everyone was thrilled to be a part of it.

Credibility

Mr. Covey outlines what he calls the '4 Cores of Credibility'. Without these four cores, it will be difficult to establish trust in your business relationships.

1. Integrity - it all starts with you. Do you have a reputation for being truthful? Are you honest and would not lie? Do you bring this value into your network marketing business?

2. Intent - the next core is to have good intent in everything that you do. You are not trying to deceive anyone nor do you have any hidden agenda. In our business, our intent must be to make people's lives better. Let's clear out the hype and mis-truths (lies!) that appear to be so prevalent in our industry.

3. Capable - do you have the expertise, knowledge, and skills necessary to get the job done? If you are new to your network marketing business, you've got work to do. It's important that you bring yourself up to speed as quickly as you can. Your new business partners must believe that you are capable of helping them have success in their business. Your sponsor will be there to help, of course.

4. Results - what's your track record been in the past? If you've had success in your past, then chances are that you will continue to have success in the future.

Hopes and Dreams

Take a look at how you've been promoting your business. Would you trust you? If you build your business on trust, then you will only have to build it once. And self-trust is the first step to success. You can usually tell when someone is feeding you a line.

Treat your prospective business partners like you would like to be treated. Be true to your word and set the proper expectations. Run your business as if you expect it to be around for a long, long time. Please, remember that you are dealing with the fragile hopes and dreams of so many people. They want to believe - they really do.

Do Your Expectations Matter in Your Home Based Business?

More and more, experts are finding that managing your expectations can significantly impact your ability to be productive with your home based business. This is not just a theory, this is based on what happens chemically, in your brain that can help you to be focused and motivated, or that can cause you to lose your focus and reasoning ability. The implication of being able to manage your expectations is therefore critical to your success.

What scientists have found is that "mis-setting" of expectations -- either too high or too low inhibits brain functions and your ability to think clearly!

Without getting too technical here, science can now measure how your brain reacts depending on external influences. Deep within the brain, dopamine cells await cues to release chemicals -- called dopamine -- based on the anticipation of a primary reward. It should be noted that unexpected rewards cause MORE dopamine to be released than expected rewards.

Think about that from your perspective: If you were to get an unexpected bonus -- regardless of how big or small, you would get a bigger dopamine hit than if you were expecting a raise and got it.

Once dopamine hits your system, you are able to focus more intently, you have more energy, and you have a more positive, outlook on life in general.

On the other hand, if you are expecting something good, that doesn't happen or you aren't expecting something bad -- that does happen, the dopamine levels in your system drop dramatically. The effect of decreased dopamine levels are dramatic. You can be in a funk for days -- maybe weeks. Your focus dissolves, your energy is drained, and you have a less positive outlook on life in general.

Low levels of unmet expectations are something we get all the time -- exasperation and frustrations are attributed to a drop in lower dopamine levels, which ends up causing lower brain function. In fact, we might say that unmet expectations dumbs us down!

Which, as an aside, is why we act stupid when we're angry or upset!

What this means, is that we must learn to manage our own expectations. Its particularly important in business, because you need to be able to focus clearly and energetically in order to get things done.

The easiest way to manage your expectations is to create them and monitor them consciously. Creating them is a process you go through when you set your goals and then the tasks to reach those goals. Thoughtful task creation can establish the kind of expectations that when met, increase the dopamine levels in your brain. Monitoring your thoughts about your expectations, is something you consciously think about each and every day. It takes practice but it's worth it!

Are You Providing Value in Your Information Or Just Passing it Along?

I have noticed lately, a lot of people out there promoting to help people, but they are really not teaching or helping anyone. For the most part they are just regurgitating the simple basics that almost everyone already knows. They're not providing much value.

If you are going to promote helping others, then help them, give them the full information and help yourself in the process.

I recently reviewed a video that said how to increase your leads or something similar to that. At the end of the four minute video I had not heard any reference to lead generation or capture and nothing of any relevance really to help my business. There was either a disconnect in information from the title, or a mis-direct. With your title or marketing disconnecting with the information you are providing, it will ultimately cause people to turn off your message and move one.

I know myself, I do not like to try and teach anything I honestly do not know anything about. I will not use many of the tactics that have been suggested by others, to simply read three or four different articles and piecemeal it together and call it my own work just for the sake of having something to produce. Some say that is silly or that I am making things harder than it should be. That is just me I guess a little stubborn on how I view things. I really do not like to add bulk to the haystack.

I understand when you are branding yourself there is certain information that you are going to pass on that others have talked about before. It is impossible not to do that, just because you have seen the information before does not mean that your followers have. But see if you can add to it.

What I am saying is, provide useful information that can really help people. Let them know how what you learned made a difference. Feel free to pass on information you just learned. You can always simply reference where you got the information if your followers want to check out the original source, but I would add how that changed what you did, or how it positively affected you or your business. Do not just pass along the same information and call it your own. Yes, I know it is being passed on in your own words in another way and not copying per se, but expound on it add to it.

In the end by truly helping others, it will go a lot further in your branding, self-growth, understanding and ultimately to helping and aiding your business. Give more than everyone else is and the followers will come.
