Inspirational Business Leaders - Part 2

We see ourselves in the mirror each and every morning while we brush our teeth, maybe you look yourself in the eyes, maybe you don't bother, but this just happens to be an intense little private moment for me, so I'm using it as an example here. We have three children in the house, and my wife and I share a bathroom, so I don't get many of these throughout the day. This is my moment I use to challenge myself each morning. I take this opportunity to look myself directly in the eyes and make an internal pact with the soul inside that today I will be better than yesterday, and I will inspire one person in a positive way. This is the part where you might be wondering just what this has to do with being a business leader. When one stops and really thinks on what it means to build a business, you are building relationships! They are one in the same, and the sooner you accept that, the sooner you can get down to the real work of building something special.

Business on every level must be carried out from a central point, a singularity (for all you cosmologists). That point is the company mission, the sole reason the company exists in the first place. Like most endeavors, these organizations begin with a unifying idea, a belief or core value that brings people together under a single banner. I mentioned this in another article once, but if you go onto the website for any major corporation, company, or organization there will be a link you can follow, probably labeled ABOUT US, or something like it. There you will find their core reason for existing, or mission statement. Not once will you find one that says, "To make money and get rich." Although there is much to be said about turning a profit and making some sort of living out of the business you started, if that is the driving force behind it then do not expect it to gain momentum and longevity. In fact, it probably won't last the year.

Without a Core Value you will not be sustainable and you cannot inspire others to your cause or mindset. People will not take you seriously and you will begin to take on a reputation of the slimy used car salesman and people will begin to avoid all things connected to you and your brand. Remember, people aren't stupid. They want to be surrounded by individuals who teach, share, give value, and inspire; sometimes this is as simple as being just plain honest. In a world in which integrity and character are just words in a book and not reality, inspiration has fast become the new drug, and everyone craves it.

Josh McCracken is an avid writer, ballroom dance instructor, and is a full-time internet marketer from his home in northern New Jersey. He served in the US Marine Corps from '94-'98 and was fortunate enough to garner a great deal of experience through leading others and traveling throughout the world. He met his wife, Lora, through the ballroom dancing industry as she was his competitive dancing coach. They were married in 2006 and still run their dance studio in northern New Jersey. They have three children, two dogs, three cats, seven fish, and a rat named Kirby.

To Become a Driving Instructor

To become a driving instructor, you will need to complete a qualifying process designed to make sure that you have good knowledge of driving, the laws of the road and teaching skills.

The process to become a driving instructor is split into three parts as follows:

Part 1. Theory
Part 2. Advanced driving
Part 3. Instructional ability

So let's look at them one at a time

To Become a Driving Instructor, Part 1 The part one is the first of three tests you will need to take to become an approved Driving Instructor (ADI) The part 1 test is split into two parts; a multiple choice question paper and a hazard perception test.

Multiple Choice Question Paper The question paper (carried out on a pc) consists of 100 questions, which are split into four bands. Each band contains 25 questions, of which you must answer at least 20 correctly (80%) These bands are:

1. Road Procedure.
2. Traffic signs and signals, car control, pedestrians, mechanical knowledge.
3. Driving Test, disabilities, law.
4. Publications, instructional techniques.

Although you must achieve a score of at least 80% on each of the bands, your overall score must be at least 85%.

Hazard Perception Test The hazard perception part of the test, also carried out on a pc, tests your reaction time to hazards. You will see 14 video clips of various road conditions, which contain at least one developing hazard each. You will be required to click a mouse button each time you see a hazard and your reaction time will be converted into a score, the highest being 5 and the lowest being 0, obviously the highest score for the fastest reaction. *For a more detailed look at this, see the link below.

A good trainer will provide you with all of the material you will need to study for this test and should also provide you with some kind of study guide to help you get through the books in the easiest way possible. Make sure that the price of these books and materials are included in the price of your training, as often they could be added on as an extra once you have signed up to and paid for the course.

To Become a Driving Instructor, Part 2 The part two test is basically an advanced driving test. Firstly, you will have to pass a simple eyesight test. You will be required to read a standard size number plate from 27.5 metres (90 feet). This should be carried out wearing prescription glasses if needed. You will then be asked five questions regarding basic vehicle maintenance.

Your trainer will be able to give you advice on this subject. You will then be taken on a test route, which will take in all road conditions including town driving, rural roads, dual carriageways and, where possible, motorway driving. You will also be asked to carry out the following set exercises:

Controlled Stop (also referred to as 'emergency stop')
Turn in the Road (also referred to as 'three point turn')
Left Hand Reverse
Right Hand Reverse (both also referred to as 'reverse around a corner')
A Parking Manoeuvre. This can either be parallel parking or reverse bay parking.

This test will last for one hour and during the test you you will be allowed to commit up to six driving faults, no serious faults and no dangerous faults. *For a more detailed look at this, see the link below.

To Become a Driving Instructor, Part 3 This is the part where you are tested on your ability to teach. The part three test is divided into two halves, known as 'Phase One and Phase Two' For both phases, an examiner will play the role of a student. The student played will be at different levels of learning for each phase.

Phase One. For this phase, the examiner will play a student of very limited knowledge and experience and you will be asked to teach him a new subject that he hasn't covered previously.

Phase Two. For this phase the examiner will play a more experienced student, who is having problems with a subject previously taught. Your job will be to find out what is causing the problems and show him how to put things right. *For a more detailed look at this, see the link below.

Ok, so that's a quick insight into training to become a driving instructor, so what's the catch? Well, there are companies out there who just want to get their hands on your cash and aren't too worried about the level of training you receive.

As a rule of thumb, DON'T part with thousands of pounds just because the sales pitch looks great, take time to find out exactly what you are getting for your money and just what the refund policy of the company is, in case you are not satisfied with your training.

Below are a couple of examples of how to and how not to conduct training to become a driving instructor.

My name is Colin Lott and I've been a Driving Instructor for over fifteen years and a Driving Instructor Trainer for over the last six years.

*As promised, here is a link where you can find a more detailed look at the three parts of training to become a driving instructor and good information on how training should be conducted. http://www.ditauk.com

And here is a link which will show you some of the worst things that can happen if you just rush in and buy from the biggest companies with the best adverts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ei-ERWryXi0&NR=1

Making Money Online - A Starter Guide Part 1

There are several different ways to make money online. All of them require a bit of knowledge and dedication. It is important to set goals for yourself and stay on task. This can be the hardest part because the internet can be a very distracting place. Read along and learn some good starter tips.

First off

Its a good idea to look into the many different ways people can make money online. I will go into detail on the most popular ones. Keep in mind that these are not all the ways... just the most used.

1. Affiliate marketing: This is a very popular way a lot of people choose to earn extra income online. The job here is to promote a product for a company and get people interested in it. There are many different levels and ways to do this.

Its important here to do your research on the product you will be promoting. Some products are promoted better on certain mediums. Following examples of others who are promoting the same thing is always a good way to start.

2. Surveys and reviews: This is a fast growing market for people looking to make a few extra bucks in their spare time. It works best as more of a part time income supplement then a full time living. The job here is to give your opinion to various companies trying to improve their own marketing strategies.

Once again research on the best paying companies is a great idea here. There are many sites in this area that tend to scam people out of their hard earned cash. If you find the correct source you could be up and running tonight. This can be a great option for those people who don't have a lot of time.

3. Auction sites: Places like eBay are a good spot to earn some extra money if you can be vigilant and follow the market trends. The basic job here is buying cheap and selling for a profit.

Auction sites are a great way to make some money full time or spare time. The trick here is to start with products or services you know and expand from there. Its important not to get caught up in bid wars ether as this can kill the amount of potential profit.

4. Data Entry: Many writers who are just starting out get in to this type of job. Basically a company hires you to write something for them. This could be anything from an article to a product review. The amount of writing usually dictates the amount of money made.

This is also a great full or part time position. The content you generate and the feedback you get will determine how successful you are. Many sites out there are dedicated to this type of work. I would suggest sticking to topics you are familiar with at first. Then branch out as you get more comfortable with your writing style.

So there are some of the main ways people make money online. Stay tuned for part 2 of the guide where i will go into different money making strategies and options. Earn Well!

The Best Way to Market Online - Part 2

In part one of the best way to market online we covered, article marketing, and video marketing. Today we are going to cover, social media, and PPC.

SOCIAL MEDIA

This is by far the fastest growing trend on the internet; literally everyone I know has a MySpace, Facebook, or Twitter account. Facebook alone has over 500m user accounts; this means BIG BUSINESS for marketers. There are so many ways you can generate leads and do great business on these sites without being spammy like most so - called marketers. Twitter is great, I personally think there is nothing else out there that goes more viral than Twitter. People of like minds and interest follow each other's activities which is great because you already have a market of potential customers and great business relationships. In the free online videos I offer at the end of this page you will learn more on how this stuff works.

PPC

PPC also known as pay per click marketing is regarded as the DADDY of lead generation and is considered to be the best way to market online. PPC is basically where you bid for keywords on Google, Yahoo, MSN, and Bing. You then pay per click on your adverts, basically it is results based, no clicks, no pay. PPC gives you the opportunity to be creative for example if you are part of a network marketing company and they are about to launch a new product, you can go to Google, bid on the keyword which will be very cheap because hardly anyone will be bidding on it, and anytime anyone does a Google search for that product your add will appear on the very top, or on the right hand side of the page.

This is target marketing; there are many more techniques that work just as good as the one I just mentioned. The internet is ABUNDANT with opportunities to be creative; once you grab hold of this stuff and it sinks in you will be an unstoppable monster. Much more is covered on the video series you will love it.

Enjoy!

Top MLM Corporation - How to Single Out the Best MLM to Connect - Part 2

Having understood a part that reflected on what you need to do to set things up right on your mission to find out the ideal MLM company which happens to enjoy a top ranking outclassing all the competitors it has in the market. I now feel that it is almost time for you to run a self-appraising session on making your mind clear about the options you have so as to comprehend the options well and to weigh them in contrast as well. Without creating a sense of pause in your mind I am about to jump into a part which I believe would help you ask yourselves a lot of why's and a few how's. Here we go.

In order to extract the best result you could ever get while you are done completing this self-appraising session, try to be honest to the extreme and get less greedy as far as you could. Measure whether the option you have on hand would be ideal for someone who is new to this sort of network marketing or any business that has MLM as its backbone. Don't conclude that you could actually get through the door that is ajar. Hence, ask yourself this question to dwell on whether you would be compatible to this or not.

Do the products/services they wish to market or promote interest you? If yes happens to be the answer you get from deep inside you, put another question to yourself as to what is the reason behind the eruption of that particular "yes". Do you think you would have liked the product/service that is being promoted hadn't you been a representative, working downline to some person who roped you in to this sort of business?

Are you up for a chance using which you can make substantial income every month without having to bother much on the count of people you bring into this and the proceeds they are able to make? Do you think there is a medium of harmony between your personal goals and the goals of the organization? Whenever there is a presence of mutual harmony things start to flourish thus make sure whether you both have something in common.

How good is the company when it boils down to making strategically effective decisions and how stable is the company in financial terms whenever these strategic decisions are tried out? Would the person who brought you into this help you if in case you needed somebody to stand by you during the initial stages of dull activity?

Once you put your mind in some serious head-banging regime by asking this array of questions, you should be clear to understand that there are only a few successful persons who have not entered the agonizing den of loss. But for it to happen what you need to do? Reflect on this and I believe you would come to a juncture wherein your understanding of making yourself a brand to promote, would come in way handy.

Top Tier & MLM Online Business Marketing Secrets Part 1 of 4

If you have a Top Tier or MLM online business you want to know all the marketing secrets. I just paid $497 to watch a webinar with two 7 figure Internet Marketers that completely spilled the beans on their secrets. It was fantastic!

On your landing page, make sure that you have your title in red and between quotation marks. You have seen that plenty of times but many of us fail to do so. This will increase your opt in rate by 3% to 5%. Our eyes are programmed to zoom in on quotation marks, this is proven by heat mapping.

Proactive Or Reactive Marketers

When you are working your online business, are you busier generating leads via article writing, videos, PPC, or busier looking for them in your email? This will tell you whether or not you are a proactive marketer or a reactive marketer. The sooner you learn to keep yourself busy generating leads, the more leads you will get.

The proactive marketers are constantly battling their fears by placing ads, putting on live webinars, getting in front of that video camera. Stretching themselves so they will eventually get comfortable with being uncomfortable. The best place to be! While the reactive marketers are the ones sitting back wondering why they don't have any leads, thinking about all the ways of getting them, but rarely or never taking action.

Webinars

If you have at least 15 leads, broadcast an email telling them you are hosting a webinar. Use ad copy to reel them in. Even if you only have 1 or 2 people attend, this will give you practice hosting webinars, making you more comfortable and confident. The more value you give, the fuller your pockets will be.

The first time you host a webinar, plan on something going wrong. We spend so much time preparing, thinking what could possibly go wrong. That when something does go wrong, we freak out and don't know how to handle it. After that, 90% are devastated and don't host one again, the other 10% learn from it and get better. Be part of the top earners and get over it!

In the webinar, be transparent. Let your audience get to know you better. Tell them why you do what you do, whether you have kids or elderly parents to care for. Let them in on your "why", people can relate and appreciate it.

Live Vs. Pre-recorded

Obviously it is much more comfortable doing a pre-recorded webinar. You don't have the technical difficulties while you're live, you don't have to interact, answer questions, etc. you don't have to do a lot of things. But think about it, do you yourself prefer live webinars so you can interact with the host or do you prefer pre-recorded ones?

I myself prefer to watch it live first so I can ask questions in the que, then I do like to watch them archived so I can take better notes. However, if the initial invitation was to watch a pre-recorded webinar, theres very little appeal to that. So be sure to have live webinars, letting people get to know you better, open it up to Q&A and stretch yourself. You'll be shocked by what YOU get out of it!

Why Visitors Revisit a Website Part 2

There are about a million valid search engines around the web, but what comes in mind when anyone says search engine? Of course Google or Yahoo.
So lets experiment it, when you open Google, what do you see there? Do you see a bunch of advertisements? Do you see a lot of affiliate offers there?
That's the point I want to clarify. If I add 50% of the stuff with affiliate advertisements in my blog you may say me just a greedy person.
So the second lesson is to have appropriate advertisements with good places and intelligent decisions.
You would be thinking that at Google's home page there is not even a single ad, so how would you be earning, good thinking indeed.
I believe in "first make addicts then make money" I know It sounds a little criminal point of view, but that's truth. I believe that you should only try to make money, when you are 100% sure that you have 1000 loyal readers or visitors, I consider a visitor loyal when he visits my blog at least 4 times obviously you may decrease this value to 2 but first time visit is not of that importance, I know many of you would have heard this before about the ads but let me add a new thing. Try to make a reader as loyal as you can, what could he do for you, I will not discuss social sharing I will only discuss his capability to do as your loyal reader, he may introduce your site or blog to his friends or friends of friends, he may write some thing about you and your site in his site, he may refer it to any one on internet besides that he may earn you money.
Now that's the point you were waiting for, suppose you like my article and want to read more, as you read more you like me as well, now if I say in my blog that lease take a look at these sites too, as these are my friend's site.you would definitely see them, I don't know about other people but the one's I like on internet, if they say anything I try to do that at least once, I cant resist it.
Be simple and straightforward.
