How to Succeed in Network Marketing by Understanding the Four Personality Types

Understanding the four personlity types, and knowing the best way to communicate with others will not only help you in building your network marketing business, but it will also help you in every other aspect of your life.

Once you harness the power of this information you will be more effective in your personal and business relationships.

It is important to understand that we all have a little bit of each of the four personality types in us, but one of them is our dominant personality type or our preferred method of behavior.

Here is a general overview of the four personality types:

1. Red Sharks - These people are more closed and direct in their communications and interactions. They tend to like to be in control and to tell others what to do but they do not like to be told what to do.

You need to be direct and to the point when dealing with Red Sharks. If you beat around the bush or look like you do not have your stuff together, a Red Shark will lose patience with you.

2. Blue Dolphins - These people are open and direct in their communications and interactions. They are motivated by having fun and being the center of attention.

You have to show Blue Dolphins the big picture. If you are too detailed and long-winded a Blue Dolphin will get bored with your presentation and lose interest. 3. Yellow Whales- These people are open and indirect in their communications and interactions. They love to help people and they have BIG hearts.

If you try to get right into business with a Yellow Whale you may come across as too pushy or overbearing.

4. Green Urchins - These people are closed and indirect in their communications and interactions. They are very factual, love to be right more than anything else, and hate to make mistakes.

Green Urchins are very factual people and slow to make decisions. This is why they tend to become obsessed with research and gathering information so that they can feel like they are making a good and right decision.

One is probably your primary personality type, and one is your secondary.

Roses Are Red and Many Other Colors Too!

My choices are based on the following biases

� I prefer hybrid tea roses to floribundas or any other variety, with one or two exceptions
� I prefer tree (standard) roses to bush versions - simply because they are easier to prune. However, I break this rule if a bush rose is better suited to a particular spot
� I dislike carpet roses and miniatures.
� And, I only ever buy fragrant roses. I can't see the need for roses with no fragrance, or even a little fragrance.
� I don't miss out on colors - as there are more than enough in the fragrant range. In fact, if you like white roses there is absolutely no need to go for the ubiquitous "Iceberg" - which has no perfume and its petals open too soon. "John F Kennedy" is a better option or "Pascali" which has perfume and is a much better bloom - in bud form and open.

Color - again this is subjective for all rose lovers.

� I rarely like striped roses.
� I only like multi color roses when the transition from one shade to another is subtle - such as with "Just Joey". I think "Double Delight" is boring.
� My favorite roses are the mauve (lavender) varieties - and here "Angel Face" gets a very high grade from me. It has the most beautiful perfume and shape - and interestingly enough it is a floribunda!

The choice of variety, color, style is quite vast when it comes to roses. So, it's best to visit a rose nursery if you can - in mid spring when they have that first blooming after winter.

Of course you can Google and see roses online - but there is nothing better than seeing a rose right before your eyes and nose before your buy.

� Fragrant Plum

I do like the deep red rose - but not the lighter shades of red

� Ronald Reagan
� Lasting Love
� Marilyn Monroe

Other beautiful roses
� Fragrant Cloud
� Freisa (one of the best yellow roses - great perfume!)
� Aroma Therapy
� Melodie Parfumee
� Over the moon

The list is endless!

"Monkey Business" is the 2010 Floribunda of the year and has a lovely shape and yellow color.

The best roses are those that YOU like.
