Jonathan Budd - Hmmm

Jonathan Budd, can you seriously learn anything from this kid?? The answer is, yes! He has a dynamic personality, commands attention, and has information that can truly help those who want there business to flourish, specifically over the internet.

He shoots out emails all the time. He is doing his best to inform the many at home business entrepeneurs how to use the internet to their advantage. He essentially is giving new tactics to market a company that are much more appealing for 2011 than the traditional techniques used decades ago. Now, can his tactics be a little overwhelming?? To me, yes. But I understand why he does this and why he is making the millions doing it.

I paid a measly seven dollars for his intro audio training system. It was worth every penny!!! I learned a lot. What is great too, is that the products he offers after this intro package are ones that you can just pick and choose from, depending on the type of business you have and how far you want it to go.

I believe if you take what he has learned and is willing to teach you, and then couple that with the perfect product and an amazing company, you just found your goldmine. This is what I just did. Taking what I have learned from Jonathan Budd and applying it to a home based business that has a product that will always be around, sells itself, and is literally changing lives is why I am so excited for what 2011 has in store for me. So, "Thank you, Jonathan Budd for the gems I got out of a measly seven dollars!!"

Kim Bishop is a stay-at-home mother of 3. She enjoys dancing and writing country songs. She is excited for 2011 and would love to share with what she has learned and why she anxiously awaits the blessings that 2011 will bring!!

Internal Credit Control - Top Tips to Stay on Top of Your Invoices

Day one; get a new client. Day two; got a new client. Day three; perform work for the new client. Day four; invoice the new client. Day 100; not been paid by the new client....

Does the above sound familiar? Simply introducing a few strict measures into your own credit control procedures could reduce the number of days it takes your clients to pay your invoices.

Never be afraid to ask for payment. After all, you agreed in advance what you would do, what it would cost and when it should be paid. So why allow an extended period of credit at your own expense?

Try incorporating these simple steps into your procedure.

The first day after the invoice falls due for payment you make a polite call simply reminding your client that the invoice is due

Seven days after that, call again to ascertain if there is a problem with the bill

Seven days after that write to the client seeking payment of the bill and remind them of the terms of payment

Seven days after that you confirm that you will place the matter into the hands of your solicitor if the bill remains unpaid

Seven days after that, instruct a firm of solicitors with a debt recovery department that provides fixed fees. That way, you know what you will be paying before you provide instructions

Always make sure you note the contents of each conversation, especially if the reply is "No dispute and we will pay".

Try the above and see if it reduces the number of days your bills go unpaid and don't forget to carry out your threats to escalate matters too!

Is A 7 Figure Income Realistic For You?

Did you know the number of millionaires in the United States is almost 8 million? This brings up the question of whether a seven figure income is realistic for you or not.

Of course a millionaire only needs a net worth of $1 million. People earning a seven-figure income must make $1 million per year.

I also find it fascinating that there are over 400 billionaires in the United States as well. Realistically people reading this article will probably never become billionaires.

However, it really is possible to earn a seven figure income using the Internet. I know this is true because there are many examples of people who've gone from virtually nothing to earning over $1 million a year.

How did they do it?

1. You need a system.

2. You need good products.

3. You need to leverage your time.

These are probably the 3 main things that you need to earn $1 million a year. If you have a system with good products, and the ability to take advantage of leveraging your time, it is possible to earn $1 million a year.

Many people earn $1 million a year by promoting a specific product or program. Others do it through creating a high number of websites and selling affiliate products on them.

Because the Internet never sleeps you really can leverage your time pretty easily. Even when you're not working your business can be working for you. You can also outsource some of your daily duties overseas and keep your overhead down low which increases your profit.

Whether you can earn seven figure income or not ultimately comes down to you. However, the opportunities to do so are available for anyone willing to work hard enough to do it.

MLM Online Strategies - Best Practice Number Seven of Seven

I have outlined seven best practice strategies for getting your business up and running online. Here is number seven. (The first six are published on EzineArticles.)

Many of the online business builders are empty nesters like me. People who have built offline businesses, retired from successful careers, and/or quit corporate jobs. They understand the potential of a global internet business from home.

They are fully committed to creating wealth and will do whatever it takes as long as it's legal, moral and ethical.

The number seven best practice is about providing attractive content versus spreading spam.

I have found, working with other empty nester baby boomers, that working hard, providing value, and helping others is an integral value that comes from growing up after World War II. We have grown up with stories from our parents about the "dirty thirties". We've seen many people build businesses from absolutely nothing. We've grown up with a hard work ethic.

The more people I talk to the more I realize that people truly want to earn money so they can make a difference in the world. They have a big vision.

Although number seven best practice is about staying away from spam content and creating valuable content. The empty nester baby boomer group needs encouragement in the opposite direction. Often they are hesitant to share experiences and life lessons that they have to offer. They are fearful that they might be spamming people when, in fact, they are not.

They understand spam as being the same as the pushy door to door salesperson they encountered many times when they were growing up. Some door to door sellers would actually stick their feet or heads in the doorway so that the door could not be shut!

Spam is a new word for bad practices on the internet. It is not a new concept.

We all grew up with the salesperson following us around the store like a hawk. We don't want to use those tactics. Spam is pestering people with information that they have not asked for.

People in this age group need to let go and express their feelings, talk about their experiences and by doing this will automatically be giving value.
Empty nesters now have an opportunity to build an online business with the same hard work ethic they grew up with, but in a much shorter time frame.

Take advantage of all that the internet has to offer. Share your knowledge and experience and build an online business.

Go for it!

Corinne Floyd is a happy empty nester mom. She has raised three wonderful boys who have taken her life in directions she never even dreamed about. She is now putting her experience and enthusiasm into nurturing an online enterprise. Seven Ways to Profit Growing Landscaping Plants

Growing plants for profit is a great way to turn your love of gardening into extra cash or a profitable career. Your backyard nursery can become the one-stop profit center that you've always dreamed of. Here are seven ways you can profit from growing landscaping plants:

1. Ground covers

Ground covers do just that - they're flowers or plants that densely cover an area of ground. Ground covers help reduce erosion, control weeds and reduce the need for watering. Plus, they're easy to grow and are big sellers. Some popular types include Hedera (ivy) and Hypericum (St John's Wort).

2. Shrubs and trees

Growing shrubs and trees can bring you some high profits. Try Azaleas, flowering shrubs, rhododendrons, Japanese maples, firs and more. Find out what your local retail nursery is stocking, and those just might be the shrubs and trees you want to grow yourself. Or better yet, offer shrubs and trees, such as exotic or unusual varieties, that these retail nurseries don't offer. If you're the only place in town to get a certain type of shrub or tree, then you could see a lot of business coming your way.

3. Table-top Christmas trees

More and more people are living in apartments and condos and don't have room for a full-sized Christmas tree. That's why you could make some nice money growing table-top Christmas trees. Two varieties, in particular, are widely used: Elwood cedar and Italian stone pine.

4. Ornamental grasses

Ornamental grasses are called "ornamental" because of their special color or form. Landscapers love them because of how versatile they are. They can be used as specimen plants, near ponds or streams and several other ways. For a first-time grower, they're ideal, because few insects and diseases bother them, and you can start selling crops in just one season.

5. Bonsai

Bonsai is the popular Japanese method, which involves stunting trees and shrubs without altering the natural appearance. You can find bonsai plants in three types: starter plants, trained plants and specimen plants. Prices vary based on size, what type of bonsai and the overall appearance.

6. Hpertufa

Hypertufa is an artificial stone that's quite simple to make. Mix three parts Portland cement, four parts peat and five parts perlite. Put the finished mix in a container along with a plant, and you're on your way to a big seller. It's a great way to sell a $3 plant for $20.

7. Trellised plants

You can add value to a plant by training it on a simple trellis, as opposed to a stake. How does making double the original amount sound? You can make a trellis by taking cedar fencing boards, ripping them into narrow strips and using an electric stapler or brad nailer. This is a good idea to do for bigger pot sizes, as a trellis can provide stability.

These are seven ways to profit from growing landscaping plants. Try some. See what works for you. Soon those big profits will be coming your way.
