How do I get back into work after having had a long break looking after the children?

In many careers, you would either have to start again from the bottom or, worse, do more studying to get up to date before you can start work. Not recommended. If you work from home, however, you can get trained and start working at the same time if you choose the type of business that allows this. How do I start if I'm working full-time at the moment?
