Working From Home - What a Mess

It has always been a question of mine as to why companies pay utility costs, building maintenance, mortgages or rent, rental of computers, phone lines, etc... when they could just have people work from home?

It seems simple enough, really. Almost everyone has at least once computer and a cell phone. Most people that are willing to work also have a place to call home, a roof, power, phones, and so on. If a company were to outsource to at home workers, it would certainly save money and increase profits.

I have been looking in to working from home for some time now and I find it appalling. Working from home obviously has its benefits, at least in theory.

A recent webinar I attended had me excited. Finally, a realistic opportunity to work from my home. No commute, set my own hours, have all the luxuries of home to occupy my mind on breaks and at lunch. It sounds great, and indeed it would be, but it seems there are many costs associated with working from home.

You need a POTS, or plain old telephone service to work a customer service job. That isn't a huge investment, but it is an extra expense each month I don't need. You also need a headset that can hook up into a USB port, and an additional noise cancelling headset to hook up to your phone from the wall. How about a background check? An assessment fee? Yes and Yes. Paid Training. I suppose the answer is yes if you're asking does the company you'll be working with require you to pay for training. So far, I have heard nothing about the job opportunities, but the fees are stacking up. I have never had to pay to find a job. I can see paying a fee from each check, which, by the way, is also part of the deal, but having to pay for a test, a background check and training? No, way. The real kicker here is that you have to be available during the training hours for the training you just paid for, and while there are evening training hours, many of us get home from our dead end jobs, tired and worn out. Who wants to train for nothing when they could be catching up on the latest Family Guy on Netflix?

The sundae is topped by the fact that these jobs pay less than what I make at my current job, which paid for my background check, drug screen, training and assessment. So ultimately, the opportunity wasn't worth the 15 minutes I spent listening to this presentation.

I have decided to take a different route by looking into affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is basically like a beehive. You have the main company, the queen bee, then all the drones sent out to gather the honey for the queen. The best part of it is, you get paid when the company gets paid. Not a bad deal when you consider that your paycheck is always a week behind your pay period.

I think working from home is a dream that may never die for me, and the idea that even replacing my current income with hair brained ideas from home would be enough for me. I'm not trying to get rich, but I definitely want to have my own life back.

I will keep researching the work from home ideas like the one I found recently and report back as to how it is going.

Mastermind Groups and Online Business Success

I don't care how long you've been in the game, there are times when all of your online marketing tips fail, you get stuck in a rut, and you feel like you're just banging your head against a wall. These times impact your mood, your income, and sometimes your relationships, as you strive to improve the outlook to no avail. One thing the internet marketing gurus say again and again is that the single most important quality you can have for online business success is persistence, even tenacity.

This is the ability to continue banging your head against the wall, even in the worst of times - even when it hurts the most - secure in your faith that something's gonna have to give, and it damn well isn't gonna be you. This tenacity and the judicious application of online marketing tips will eventually result in you punching through the wall and again making forward progress with your endeavors, but whether it takes days, weeks, or months is pretty tough to know. One way that you can accelerate the process is through the use of mastermind groups - groups of peers and other entrepreneurs, all taking on the world with their own experiences and perspectives, each offering a different bag of online marketing tips. Here's how a mastermind group can help you:

New Perspectives: Sometimes all you need to do in order to get out of a rut is gain a new perspective on the problem. We often get so wrapped up in the issues surrounding our businesses and the online marketing tips that have worked well in the past that we lose sight of the big picture. The folks in your mastermind group will have no emotional baggage, no institutional memory, and no attachments to the way you've always approached your work. This being the case, they may be able to cast a stark light on your processes and procedures, and point out where things can be adjusted or even eliminated in order to produce more revenue for less effort. I find that this kind of insight from my peers can be a double-edged sword - the online marketing tips provided by the group almost always helps my business to take a little leap forward right away, but it also forces me to let go of some of the things that I built into the business for my own comfort and enjoyment. In the end, though, it's always worth it.

Criticism: I love my mastermind group because they yell at me when I'm being dumb. I was recently preparing to launch a pay-per-click ad campaign in a very hot market with lots of competition. I'd put a lot of time and effort into the backend of the business, and felt that the immediate influx of traffic was absolutely critical to making good use of it. When I proudly announced my intentions to "go live," through the use of PPC, my mastermind group, they attacked me - and pretty viciously. Though I didn't want to hear it at the time, they pointed out that my motivations for the PPC campaign was personal - I was proud of my site, and I wanted very badly to see folks using it quickly. I was proposing a potentially VERY expensive campaign before I'd seen how well the site would convert and before running even a single small-scale test. They were right, of course. Listening to my mastermind group cost me some pride, but saved me a lot of money. They gave me excellent online marketing tips that kept me from making a costly mistake. The site did need to be tightened up a bit.

Competition: There's no need to delve into this one too deeply, except to say that when we see one of our peers succeeding, it's human nature to want to catch up. Watching the successes and failures of my group member has done more to teach and motivate me than a hundred hours of reading online marketing tips or forum posts. My group is personal - we know each other and we hold each other accountable. We also try to outperform one another every day of the week.

A mastermind group can be a valuable way to keep you moving forward, and to help you avoid costly and time consuming mistakes. Such a group will freely share online marketing tips that you rarely see elsewhere. If you don't have a mastermind group already, I recommend you get one. One place to find like-minded people is in the Internet Marketing Money Club.

Your Cleaning Business - Ten Top Tips To Vacuuming

Think of it like this. If you do a fantastic job of vacuuming, you will have very happy customers. Keep your customers happy and they will keep you, and tell their friends.

If you follow each of the tips below from the first time you clean a house, you will find that you take less time each time you clean because the house will be easy to clean to a good standard. Regular attention to these areas means they don't get to the stage where they need a scrub - only a touch of the feather duster.

1. Consistency is really important - you need to do a great job each and every time you visit your clients. Not great one day, slapdash the next.

2. Vacuum The Window Tracks - the tracks where the sliding windows move will most usually be dirty. Dust, cobwebs, and lots of dead flies get stuck in these tracks. If they are really dirty get a soft brush and loosen up the debris before you apply the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner. Once they are clean they will only need a quick go over once every few visits. If they are really dusty vacuum them as above then wash them with water and a brush. The dirt will probably run down the outside of the window. But that is another task.

3. Empty the Bag Before You Vacuum - it makes sense to empty the bag when it is full, so do it before you do any cleaning. That means you will have a vacuum cleaning that is sucking at full power and giving you the best performance. It makes it easier to have it working for you, instead of trying to get the vacuum to work like a tired pack horse.

4. Where The Vertical Meets The Horizontal - that is where the floor meets the wall or any other vertical surface such as a cupboard. This is a place where most vacuum cleaners never get to, especially upright model vacuum cleaners, because the vacuum head cannot suck right up to the very edge of the floor tool. There is often a white line of dust you can see along the edges of the carpet. To get to this, remove the floor tool and apply only the nozzle to the floor along the line where the vertical meets the horizontal. Remove the whole metal tube and use the plastic end, being aware that this nozzle may be a little dusty itself. Just check to make sure it doesn't leave a mark along the edge.

5. Skirting Boards - these are a trap for dust along the top of the board. A room will always look dirty while these are still dusty. Attach a brush to the nozzle and get the dust off. After the first time you will only need to sweep along them with a feather duster to keep them clean.

6. Dust Bunnies - there would be nothing more embarrassing than having finished vacuuming the whole house a breeze brings out a dust bunny from deep under the lounge! A dust bunny is a soft roll of fluff and dust. They only occur on smooth floors such as timber or lino, and they only build up under the furniture where they can multiply undisturbed (hence the name). It is really important on hard floors to get right under the furniture as much as possible.

7. Behind Doors - not closed ones, open ones. Always! Don't take an open door as a sign it never gets closed. Bathroom and toilet doors always get closed. Make sure you vacuum the floor as well as the skirting boards. As with so many of the tips here, once you do it the first time it takes so little effort to keep these places clean.

8. Lounge Cushions - the lounge is a sneaky place to hide dirt. Down between and behind the cushions is a place to collect all sorts of rubbish. Most people never look there and it is a courtesy to do them, knowing that one day they will lift up the cushions and it will be clean.

9. Doing Under The Furniture is usually a real pain because it means bending right down and shoving the nozzle into the tiny places underneath. Only do it when the space is big enough for the client to see whether you have done it or not. In my experience they won't mind if it is not done very well as long as the front visible part is clean.

10. Plug In The Cord In One Place - you need to have a cord that is long enough that you can reach all areas of a house from one power point. 15 mtrs is usually enough to get around a single storey house. It means you don't have to keep finding new outlets to plug into and you can get on with the job.

Bonus secret tip for a truly professional approach:
Working Backwards - when you vacuum soft carpet, work yourself backwards out of the room. Start in the corner furthest from the door and walking backwards, vacuum the floor, and vacuum your footprints out of the carpet at the same time. When you get to the door you will only have a vacuuming pattern on the floor and none of the cleaner's big boot prints. It looks good to even a discerning client to see only their own footprints in the raised pile.

Consider these tips when you go out to do professional cleaning as the owner of your own cleaning business.

How To Make Work At Home Successful

I work from home and have done now for almost a year. In my case it is the best thing that I've ever done, I love it. I love the flexibility to be able to work the hours that I want to work and I find being my own boss is absolutely divine.

I do however know a number of people who tried to be their own boss and work from home without success so there has to be a secret to it so today I'm going to share my thoughts.

I believe that there are two aspects, one is "your genetics". How predisposed are you to working for yourself. Some like me crave it whereas other say to me "no, I'm a company man, always have been, always will be". If you're in any way thinking that you're in this last bracket then think very hard before taking the plunge.

The second aspect is something you control and that's your motivation and discipline. Working for yourself isn't easy, it take a lot of hard work but doing it at home where there are lots of distractions makes it all the more difficult.

Motivation can be an issue, for me I get frustrated and de-motivated if I don't achieve what I set out to achieve at the beginning of the day and that happens all to easily when you work from home. We always choose to do the things we like to do rather than the things that we need to do, so when your spouse says, "can you just nip to the shops and..." - think carefully. It's nice to go and do it because it demonstrates that whole "freedom" thing that we crave and have worked hard for. Remember the worked hard for bit - don't throw away all the effort you've put in to get where you are today.

Set yourself a goal. This is the single most important thing that you can do. Why are you doing what you are doing? Is it to earn loads of money and buy that yacht, or is it to spend more time with your family? Whatever your reasons, you must ensure that your goal is in the back of your mind whatever you do and whenever you are doing it.

Draw a picture of your goal. Don't underestimate your power of creative visualization, drawing or taking a picture of your goal and having it there in front of you or on the wall is a great way to maintain your motivation and go that extra mile when you're feeling a little tired and jaded.

Effective goal setting is absolutely vital but just as important ins being able to measure your success relative to achieving that goal. How can you expect to be motivated if you don't know how close you are to achieving your goal?

In order to get the whole process in place it will probably be necessary to break you goal down into sub goals and further still to individual tasks. Then as you take on this tasks you can tick them off or measure how successful you've been at achieving them.

One final point, when you succeed, celebrate your success. Look at any team, every time they win a game, they celebrate. It might not be the championship but every success along the way moves you in the right direction towards your long term goal.

Can Market I My Home Business Using The Power of Facebook? Home Business Owners Want To Know

It is the question that everyone asks. Can I market my home business using the power of Facebook? Facebook is one of the best and more affordable places to market your home business. Once you've registered for free and set up your presence on Facebook, you can reap the rewards of participation in exchange for just few minutes a day spent networking and refreshing your site.

Facebook is an online gathering place where individual members communicate and collaborate with one another using Web 2.0 tools like chat rooms, instant messaging, online video and other methods. Using this social networking tool you can set up presence online quickly and start attracting new affiliates for your company.

Facebook users develop profile pages that their "friends" can view and respond to. When those profiles pages are part of a network, everyone within that network can view those pages. The profile itself usually includes some or all of the following:

Information
Status
Friends
Friends in Other Networks
Photos
Notes
Groups

The Wall (where users post their most recent information, photos, etc.).

To get your home business set up on Facebook, go to the site's "Pages" feature, which allows companies to collect "fans" (through marketing messages like "find us on Facebook at (your link here) included on your company website and marketing materials. Once set up, your new page will join the more than 1.4 million Facebook Pages that collect over 10 million fans daily. Small and home-based business owners just like you run many of those pages.

The more you update your Facebook presence with useful, interesting information, photos and multimedia, the more "fans" will come to your door. Here are a few good strategies to use when interacting with potential affiliates on Facebook:

Make them your friends: Facebook is all about creating close ties with your fans, all of which should think of you as a "friend." You may never meet any of them in person, but in the online world, this type of connection qualifies as a friendship.

Get your business up and running: Once you have a personal profile, create a page for your business. Populate that page with company information, photos, video, upcoming events, discussion forums and links back to your home-based business' Web site.

Make it interesting: Upload photos, videos, logos and other marketing materials that help people know you by more than just words. You want them to think of you as a person, and not just a brand.

Tell them what you do: Offer a complete range of information about your company. The more complete your profile, the more easily you can connect with other people.

Stay professional: Keep overly personal information and photos off of your Facebook Pages business site, and always maintain an air of professionalism when updating and posting information online.

Success Strategies

There are many ways to build your Facebook following and market my home business. You can upload your contact database to see which of your contacts are already on Facebook, and ask to "friend" any of them you wish. This gives you a good starting point on Facebook, rather than starting from zero.

Add applications to increase the functionality of your page, such as an RSS feed from your blog or embedded videos from YouTube. Doing this will help boost your Facebook page's rankings with search engines like Google.

Be sure to promote the heck out of your Facebook page. Advertise your company page via email, your blog, and through the Facebook network to drive more traffic and build up your fan base. Entice users to click through to your company website by giving them a reason to do so: a special offer, a short report, an ezine article or something that catches their attention.

Join and create groups that are visible to Facebook members, and you will finally be able to say that you use Facebook to rel=nofollow [http://marketmyhomebusiness.com/]market my home business. You can join as many as you want and get in touch with all members of the groups. Groups are formed around any type of interest, from "green" living to industry-specific issues to hobbies and crafts.

Use these tips to start building a following of Facebook friends who are receptive to your suggestions when you recommend products or services (the ultimate goal of any affiliate marketer). Once these friends and followers know that you have something of value to offer, they will click through to your company website to learn more.

Delegation and Outsourcing Part Two: A Mompreneur's Answer to Time Management Blues

Learning how to delegate and outsource effectively and efficiently will help you have more free time in your day to do those things you love to do, such as more activities with your family and creating revenue-generating programs for your Mompreneur business. You can't have more than 24 hours in a day, but you can manage it better!

In my prior article, I asked you and your family to do a time analysis for two weeks to see what is draining your time. Once the analysis is complete, you'll have come up with numerous options that can either be delegated or outsourced to others to maximize your available time. Next, you'll need to have that time analysis spreadsheet handy as you'll now going to go through it and identify what can be delegated and what can be outsourced.

Step One - Have a Family Chat and Start Delegating

Empowering your "team" is truly the key to success. Get some truth serum (okay, only partially kidding here) and find out what they are really skilled at doing and what they enjoy doing. When you have a team that enjoys their "assignments," it doesn't seem like "work" to them and they will feel like they are contributing to the overall family goal of having more time, which is great! They'll work hard to produce excellent results over and over. Take a look at the family list and delegate any applicable tasks to the appropriate family member based on what they love to do/are skilled at doing. Once you've done this exercise, you'll likely have some items left, which means it should be outsourced. Moms, of course use your own judgment to keep the work distribution equal, fair and suited based on age appropriateness.

How do you keep track of what the family is handling? I recommend getting one of those big whiteboards you can put on the wall and post in the kitchen area. Have a column going down for each family member and have a row of tasks across the top and place a checkmark under the task a person is responsible for. Or you can also use a wall calendar and indicate the person/task on the appropriate date for completion. Have fun with it! Poll your family on what they would like to use. Perhaps a sticker system would keep everyone motivated. The point here is to be creative and keep it fun!

Step Two - Outsource the Rest

Now that you have your family involved with helping and creating more time for all, it is time to outsource the time wasters so you can have more time to do what you love to do! Take a look at the remaining items on the list. What does it look like? Here are some ways to start outsourcing:

Is it something that can be done in-person, such as housekeeping, yard work, small home repairs, grocery shopping or errands? Check your local phone book or Google the services online. Do you have teenagers living on your street? They love to earn some extra money and are low-cost.

Personal Assistants and Concierge services are available to help with those items you need done in-person as well. This is an industry that is growing rapidly and have locations throughout the world. Check your local phone book or Google the services online. Many companies will allow you to request specific services needed and you'll get a cost quote in return. Check into at least three companies before deciding on the one that will help you save more time.

Virtual Assistants (VA) are another industry that is growing rapidly and saving people time and money. Just a few of the things a VA can help you with is personal finance management, bookkeeping for your business, travel planning, calendar management, research and marketing for your business. A VA would work with you virtually, communicating with you via phone, email, fax, as needed. It is rare that you would meet a virtual assistant in-person.

Does outsourcing cost money? Most times, yes. Sometimes you're able to barter to offset the cost. You'll need to review your budget to see what extra funds you have available to pay for outsourcing. But remember what your time is worth--you could be doing other things you really love to do rather than doing the things you don't. You can use some of the extra time you have to work on creating revenue generating programs and products to pay for your outsourcing needs. And do remember that you don't need to outsource everything all at once. Create a goal chart of the things you wish to outsource so you can look ahead to the extra time you'll gain, bit by bit!

Now that you have a plan in place to get all things accomplished by you and your family, remember to keep the praise alive and reward yourself and your family for a job well done. The rewards don't have to be expensive and can be simple, such as a dinner out, making someone's favorite dinner, going to the park, going to the movie, playing a child's favorite game, and so on. Be sure to praise them for a job well done and give them lots of hugs and kisses. That will go much farther than any reward! I recommend doing a time analysis every six months or so to make sure the system is working the way it should and work out any problems that might arise along the way. Enjoy your extra time!

How Does Instant Internet Lifestyle Compare?

Most of us have wondered what it would be like to be able to quit our day jobs, win the lottery, start our own business or find a way to earn a lucrative Internet based income from home. Some of us have even actively looked into doing it instead of just dreaming about it - which is certainly a step in the right direction!

Still, how many have actually 'made it' in Internet marketing? Is the fabled instant Internet lifestyle just that - a wonderful myth?

It's perhaps understandable that some people dismiss such courses as scams or at the very least as wishful thinking - or maybe (just maybe) they work for 'other people' but not for normal folk like you and me.

Honestly, I thought the same thing.

Sometimes, though, hitting 'rock bottom' can actually be the beginning. With my back against the wall I knew it was time to either take a chance or linger without hope until all my money ran out and I lost my home and everything I'd worked for.

Have you 'been there', too?

You see, I'd lost my job and with the economy the way it is, over a year later (with no job prospects in sight) my unemployment was running out. I had run through my savings. I had no one to turn to and was desperate to find a way to not only pay my mortgage and other bills but to finally, at nearly 50 years of age, start to build the life I always wanted - complete with the freedom to work from home.

I wanted to have a chance to make a breakthrough in my earnings by running my own home-based business instead of being at the mercy of someone else again.

So, with my heart thudding, I decided to buy Lee McIntyre's Instant Internet Lifestyle and make a radical investment in my future.

Radical not because it was super expensive (Instant Internet Lifestyle was easily affordable, even for someone in my position) but because I was taking a chance on two things - Lee McIntyre's integrity and a belief in my own ability to change my life.

Next thing you know I had instant access to Lee's website, and his upside-down inside-out video workshops. Instead of the flash and hype of other courses I'd been flirting with buying, I found real people, humble people, like me, who had managed to 'make it' as Internet marketers.

Another difference was Lee's philosophy on how to build a real business - a business that can support almost unlimited upward growth rather than having to be retooled and re-launched every few weeks. Some of the 'business plans' from the other so-called guru's were enough to make my head spin. Lee McIntyre's Get More Momentum Instant Internet Lifestyle was a breath of fresh air - straight from the glorious English gardens of the UK!

That's one thing you might find a little bit challenging unless you're already used to the British accent. I love it, but if he talks a little fast once in a while and you miss something, don't worry; he's sure to repeat it again later.

You see Lee used to be a school teacher. He taught the 'tough' kids who didn't want to be there in school - and he taught them to excel. So if he can teach them (and teach me) surely he can coach you to internet marketing success, too.

I'm not going to try to lure anyone with impressive earnings or throw a bunch of numbers at you - let's just say I have never regretted my decision to buy Instant Internet Lifestyle, and by the end of this year I'll be making more than I ever made in one year working for someone else; considerably more.

All while staying in the comfort of my own home, having time to play with my dogs throughout the day, visit with neighbors or enjoy my garden... If that's not my dream come true, I don't know what would be.

If you want to check it out for yourself just follow this link - but don't put it off, because if you're reading this right now it just might be the right time for you to start living your dream too. http://my-instant-internet-lifestyle-review.blogspot.com/2011/02/review-insta...

Make Your Home Office Nicer

What do you have in mind when you hear about home businesses? You would say a business that is done at home, isn't it? Yes, that's right and those businesses might be a small store, furniture shops, tailoring, and internet-based transactions.

Due to the evolution and popularity of the internet in the late 1990s and early 2000s, lots of home-based businesses emerged. Usually, home-based businesses are extensions on the regular and usual transactions at the offices. Moreover, office-based executives connect with their home-based or offsite employees using the internet.

There are advantages and disadvantages of having offsite employees. First, rents and lease charges for the offices or space are reduced. Secondly, maintenance fees and other operating costs are minimized. On the other hand, there is a tendency that the communication between the management and home-based employees are interrupted when internet-related problems occurred. In addition, home-based employees might be distracted around the house. The reason for that distraction might the employee's children and other family members. If at home, home-based employees might not perform well because managers are not always there to check their status and operations.

Do you want to know how to avoid those problems? Or do you want to know how to improve the performance of your employees outside or the business itself? I have found a way how to. Believe it or not scrapbooking and supplies are your best friend when it comes to home offices. Usually, most of us have this tendency to become less prepared or not minding the clutter or mess on our tables if we are just in our house. Did you experience that kind of thing? Me? Yes I do experience that. I guess it's not natural. Just don't blame me there are really those tendencies.

Okay, let's don't have a debate here let's just continue talking about that method. Okay so how will scrapbooking improve home-based offices? If you have an organized office with the lists of the transactions you are going to make then you're on the right track. Internet Income Opportunities and Obstacles

As you know if you have read any of my other articles that I tend to focus on topics like Internet Income Opportunities and Online Business Opportunities. Well I truly believe in the potential that is there for the average individual who wants to change their standing in life and have more not just from a financial standpoint but also from a time standpoint. Who wouldn't want to work fewer hours but get paid more for it.

But there are obstacles to having the success you want, and today I would like to review them for someone that wants to make this move and has looked and looked but has not made that move. So what are the obstacles as relates to internet Marketing?

1. Ability to do it. People think about sales, about marketing and start to winch thinking it is not possible for them to do this. Well don't fear, I couldn't sell a bottle of water to a dehydrated man in the middle of the desert. There is no direct sales involved, you are similar to a cattle herder, you herd up prospects and others take the ball and run with it. And as for marketing your product, well I find that easy but maybe it is because of the affiliation I have with Carbon Copy Pro. With a great training platform and pre-established marketing system, you can have zero experience and still see great success. It happens everyday.

2. Don't have the resources to start such an endeavor. Well if you have a computer and high speed internet then you have all the tools you will need. It is not necessary that you have boatloads of cash either, you can literally build a successful business from the ground up with little to no cash for advertising {but obviously being able to advertise shorten the curve}.

3. Don't have the time. You can go study a little and find that people are internet marketers while still holding down a full time job. The founders of Carbon Copy Pro did exactly that, as did I. I will not sugar coat it, sure there are long hours at the start, but is well worth the end result. The truth is, you need to begin this with the end in mind. What does that mean? Know where you want to end at the beginning, and you will have the focus you need to stay on track.

4. Resistance to change. "Most People never run far enough on there first wind to find out that they have got a second", Quote from William James. You {and your resistance to change} are really the only obstacle that no one can help you with. It is all personal, something we have to fix on our own. I see people that fail over and over because they convince themselves to take that first step, but aren't truly committed to it and thus do not put forth the effort at the beginning to make there business succeed. I have a saying, "if you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten". Well people in that resistance to change mentality tend to be the one that are stuck in the existence that they really don't want but are afraid to make that commitment to change. Is this you? That was me also at the beginning of 2010, but I made the commitment to create the lifestyle I wanted, and in just a few months I am on the path to creating it.

Don't believe me? Take a look at my Facebook page, don't mind adding you as a friend as long as you identify yourself as a reader of this article so I can avoid the scammers. And when you do just take a look at the photos from just the last few months. When I was working a regular job not only did I not have the time to take trips and pictures, but I wouldn't have had time to upload them on to Facebook either! Sound familiar?

Keep in mind also that being overwhelmed is going to happen. I found days that I was pounding my head against the wall too! But having coaches and sponsors to help me along as I started {just as I will help you!} made being overwhelmed nothing that I had to worry about for long. I like this saying, something I keep posted at my desk... "overwhelmed equals overpaid, underwhelmed equals underpaid".
