Home Based Jobs-How to Start a Water Selling Business

A new water selling business as a work from home job is a great idea, as it is hard to find legit at home jobs. Before launching a new venture to sell water, it is important to take proper steps.

Follow the recommendations below to increase your chances of having a successful business.

1. Be sure to find a trusted water supplier, as your work at home business and its reputation could depend on it.

2. Find the best price for water refilling equipment. Don't jump on the cheapest equipment you can find. This stuff needs to last you a long time and do the job. Go more than with the pictures they provide when selecting the equipment. Always compare the water refilling equipment photos with the actual equipment.

3. Study and calculate a fair market price. Make sure that at least for the first few weeks of sale, your cost is the lowest price. This will get the customers rolling in.

4. Try to rent a partial space from a store owner. You don't need a huge place to sell water. Often, just 20 square metres is enough rental space. To start, you may be able to choose a location in your house. Just be sure you meet the specifications for your local area.

5. Calculate the amount of investment that will be needed to startup the water selling business.

6. The actual construction of the water refilling station and equipment normally takes about three to four weeks, so it is wise to allow at least this much time.

7. This idea could be extended to sell the water to commercial businesses. Home based jobs that expand in this way often become very successful. Many water selling deliveries are done daily by the thousands.

The following is a water-selling business sales letter for prospective customers.

Dear ________,

Research studies indicate that there is a problem with the underground water reserves in many areas of the United States (or change the country name if different), and ______ (indicate the area) is one of them.

This does not necessarily conclude, however, that the water you are currently drinking is contaminated, but it does foresee that possibility. Unfortunately, I do not have the qualifications to test and evaluate drinking water for impurities or contamination, nor the safety of drinking water.

I certainly am able, however, to guarantee that the water that our company collects from pure mineral springs and sell in many geographical areas across (state or province) is pure and safe to drink.

Enclosed with this letter, is a self-addressed card which qualifies you to receive a free bottle of our drinking water, which one of our water selling service representatives will deliver to your home, to permit you to test it. You will be pleased with the results, I am sure. At the same time, during the visit, he will gladly go over our company's pure water home delivery service options with you.

If the free pure mineral water sample is something that you feel is important for you, and you desire to learn more about the home delivery service, please forward the completed information card to us today.

We look forward to serving you.

Sincerely,

Tips for a New Momentrepreneur!

1) Learn to say NO! When you are a first time or even new mom entrepreneur, there will be people or even close family members who will not take you or your business serious. They will still require you to do all of the things that you use to do, while in the corporate world. You will really have to become tough and say No. It's o.k. to value your time and your work because if you don't value what you do, how do you expect someone else to. One of the things, I do on a regular basis is keep a to do list on hand. When I complete a task, I cross it off and put a star by it. This really helps me to feel like I've accomplished something for that particular day.

2) Delegate your work load around the house. What I mean by this is if you have a spouse, children or parents around. Ask them to help you with giving certain people a chore to complete. Now, I know for myself, I often times bribe my babies (5 and 3 years old) to help keep their room clean. By doing so, I either treat them to the red box for one of the latest kids movies, or take them to the playground at McDonalds. Be creative when it comes to your kids. It all depends on the age bracket. Now, with my husband, sometimes, I ask him to do a couple of loads of cloth to help keep them down to a load or two. Most of the time, if he's at home, like the weekend, he will keep the kids down stairs or take them for a ride, so I can focus on my reading or getting things ready for the upcoming week. I don't work per say with my business but, catching up on blogging and making videos.

3) Surround yourself with a positive network or group of people. When you are starting a new business or just adding new ideas to your existing business, it's almost a must have to stay positive and have your closest circle of friends and family members be positive as well. You can join various groups on Facebook, or other ning social networking groups. When you are looking for groups to join, try searching groups within your niche or targeted marketed. I can tell you from experience that when you surround yourself with like minded people, you will be amazed at all the great resources and knowledge that you will gain. I mean I have been a member of CEOMamma since October of 2010 and by now my head should be biggest as an elephant from all the great knowledge and resources that I have obtained.. I would suggest joining some of these groups mentioned above to fellowship and share your experiences. You never know, someone just might have the answer to a question that you just can't seem to find an answer to.

4) Take care of your health! Yes, I said it. See as mothers we always tend to get caught up in taking care of everyone and everybody else, that we tend to forget about self. Well, I'm here to tell you that a hard head makes a very soft behind (my mama use to say). Your body needs rest, and plenty of it. If you have infants in the house, it is detrimental that you get as much rest as possible because you WILL most definitely need it. Get your regular pap smears, visit your doctors on a regular basis. Most importantly, eat a balanced meal daily and drink plenty of water. Now, I'm guilty of this, I sometimes have forgotten to drink water, not because I don't like it, but because I have started my day off getting everything on my to do list done, and taking care of everyone else and have not even looked at a bottle water. I'm working on this. I now keep a bottle water by my bed and on my desk in my office.

5) Make room for emergencies! What I mean by this is always be flexible. Leave room for the oh so sweet surprises or emergencies. For example, last week, my son had a horrible nose bleed and he had to picked up from school and rushed to the emergency room. When I tell you, I had to keep my cool, and try to look like I was calm for my babies sake. He was all panicky and scared, so like any mother would do when something is wrong with their little people, be brave and show no fear. Believe it or not, kids can sense when something is not right. But, thankfully, everything is fine and my little Ishmael is back to his normal big self. Speaking of that, we just played with the bubbles. "who can blow the biggest bubbles". Now, that's the joy of being your own boss and not having to explain yourself or give an explanation for your reasons for having to leave work to attend to an ill child.

I do hope these tips will allow you to take a deep breath and to help you have a smoother journey on your way to the Donald Trump Level!! I want to hear from you, let me know your concerns and struggles. If this has helped you in any way, feel free to tweet this and share it on Facebook. Until next time, God Bless.

Best Wishes,
LaTersa Blakely http://www.diapercakesbylatersa.blogspot.com

Emergency Plumber - Top Reasons to Call One Today

Whether you have a badly clogged drain or busted pipes, you need the help of an expert. An emergency plumber specializes in helping people with their pipes, drains and other issues. Explore a number of common reasons people contact this type of professional.

Frozen pipes
In most places, during winter, pipes can freeze. Oftentimes, to prevent this from happening, it's suggested that you wrap pipes on the outside and keep a constant drip of water flowing overnight. If for some reason you forget to do this, you could wake up the next morning and not have water because the pipes are frozen. Some people try to handle the situation themselves. This usually involves trying to figure out where the pipes are frozen and then taking a blow dryer and trying to melt the ice in that area. This technique is risky and doesn't always yield the best results. Bottom line, if you want the task done right and you want to have water, it's important to contact an emergency plumber fast. This type of professional can come to your home, assess the problem and have your water running again before you know it.

Busted pipes
When a pipe bursts, you have to act fast in order to minimize mess. While you're trying to stop the leak and soak up water, it's important to have someone contact an emergency plumber as soon as possible. When you tell a professional that you have water leaking from maybe the attic to the bottom levels, he or she will know that it's probably a busted pipe and will work fast to help stop the leakage. Handling a job like this requires skill and experience that only an expert will have. So to be on the safe side, don't try to tackle a job like this by yourself.

Clogged drains
Slow moving water can cause all sorts of problems and frustration. And this can be even more annoying if you have an event planned or have guests coming over. You may have tried various over-the-counter methods and haven't had much luck. The best thing to do to remedy the problem is to contact an emergency plumber for help. This person knows people are looking for help quickly and usually work around the clock to assist people. So if you have water that just won't budge and you need to get rid of it fast, an expert can give you the assistance you need.

Toilet overflowing
The thought of waking up, getting out your bed and stepping into water-soaked carpet can be a disaster. But that's just what happens if you have a toilet that has overflowed in the middle of the night. There are many reasons this could happen, but usually it because something is hindering the flushing action. While you may try to fix the problem yourself, it's best to contact a good emergency plumber. This person can find out what's making the toilet overflow and help prevent this from happening again in the future.

How To Start a Backyard Ginseng Nursery For $600

Ginseng is one of the most popular and profitable herbs in the entire world. A large portion of the population uses it on a consistent basis. They have to get their ginseng from somewhere, so why not your backyard nursery? Did you know you can make good money growing ginseng? It's fairly cheap to get started too. Here's how you can start a backyard ginseng nursery for $600:

Let's first look at the potential for profit with ginseng. Ginseng certainly won't make you money overnight. It can take about five to six years to grow mature roots. But don't worry, in the meantime you can sell seeds and rootlets. After those five or six years, you can expect to have about 500 pounds of mature roots, which are currently selling for $150 to $300 a pound. You can also expect to have about 100 pounds of seeds, which at this moment are going for about $90 a pound. You could also have a nice quantity of rootlets to sell as well. So let's put it all together. If you have half an acre of ginseng, after five or six years how much could that all be worth? The answer is about $100,000.

Now you're ready to get started. First think about your growing method. There are three. Chances are "woods-cultivated" is the method for you. It's the most practical method for small growers. In this method you use the natural shade provided by hardwood trees, such as maple, oak and sycamore. Avoid conifers, such as pine, spruce, cedar or hemlock, as their roots could compete with ginseng roots for nutrients and water. Plant your ginseng under their shade and get ready to see some great results.

When buying ginseng seeds or rootlets, be sure you're buying stuff that is high in quality. At today's prices, $600 will buy enough seed to plant a quarter acre. Make sure it is "stratified," which means the berries have been de-pulped, and the seeds were buried in sand over the wintertime. To be safe, plan on soaking your recently-purchased seeds for fifteen minutes in a solution that is made up of one part Clorox bleach to nine parts water. Then be sure to flush thoroughly with clean water.

Now you need to think about fertilizers if you plan to use the woods-cultivated method. There are two minerals you'll want to add: calcium and phosphorus. Dolomite lime can supply calcium and magnesium. For phosphorus, consider using rock phosphate. It's an inexpensive natural fertilizer. Also, be sure to use only organic matter, such as leaf mold and compost. These will help supply nutrients that can keep your ginseng disease-free. For any pest or disease problems you do encounter, once again only use organic solutions, such as yellow sticky traps for pests.

For $600 you can get your ginseng garden up and running. Soon you could be making good money from ginseng production. To learn more, read Golden Harvest, available at: http://extraincomebulletin.com

How to Identify Bogus Water Ionizer Websites That Give Fake Kangen Water Reviews

Consumer Beware! Three criteria will help you identify fake water ionizer review sites.

A couple of months ago, I was pretty much in your shoes, looking for a "thorough and unbiased review" of water ionizers on the market. You see, a good friend of mine had told me about this amazing technology from Japan called Kangen Water that had totally changed his life. I was curious but money was tight and I was not willing to part ways with my hard earned money. Even though I trusted him from a long history of business engagements in the past. I was going to look around. I knew that my friend would be making a commission when he sold me a machine, so I thought I would let him earn his keep if the product he was selling was as good as he said it was. So in doing my due diligence online, I searched Google for "Kangen Water Reviews" and "Kangen Water Scam" and found a couple of decent looking sites on the first page. A couple of water ionizer review sites also had sponsored links on Google.

Let me share with you my experience and the three criteria that I found in several of these sites that feature bogus water ionizer reviews.

These sites were right away bashing Kangen Water with wrong facts and figures.
Next, they were comparing apples versus oranges by comparing different price points and capacities.
Finally, they were made by people who make money if you followed their advice and click on the links to their own websites.

So can these "independent" water ionizer review sites be "unbiased and thorough?" Not!

How To Do Due Diligence When You Cannot Trust Online Sources?
Well, you go offline. I did my due diligence the old and tested way. I talked to real people on the phone and visited with real people at their homes, at presentations, and at the company premises. Literally, I "kicked a few tires, looked under the hood, and test drove." You see, buying a water ionizer is very much like buying a car. You can read as much literature and watch as many videos about a car online but your buying confidence level would not be as high until you do your research offline by visiting a car dealer and getting into the car and test driving it. Here is the analogy when buying a car then later I'll take you step by step in choosing the water ionizer that is right for you.

In buying a car, first you determine the kind of car based on your need. Is it for personal or commercial use? Do you want to keep it short term or long term? How much load you will carry and how fast you want to get there will determine the horsepower, and the number of cylinders and displacement of the engine. Then you have to consider warranty, service and maintenance. Finally, you look into affordability with financing options. You become familiar with a car that you want by doing your due diligence. Let us say your best candidate is a Mercedes that is priced at $50,000, When someone else approaches you with another car that looks like, sounds like, runs like, and handles like the Mercedes you want - at HALF the PRICE, your first thought is "What is wrong with it?"

You just don't jump into the deal - without finding out more! That other car is cheaper because it is cheap. Something has to give! You get what you pay for. When you evaluate the water ionizer that is right for you, first you determine the kind of ionizer based on your need. Is it for personal or commercial use? Do you want to keep it short term or long term? How many wellness issues do you have to resolve and how fast do you want to get there will determine the electrical power (wattage), the number of plates and surface area and throughput rate. Then you have to consider warranty, service and maintenance which all depend on the manufacturing quality of the water ionizer device. Finally, you look into price and financing.

Common Pitfalls for Water Ionizer Deals
In the water ionizer buying process, a lot of innocent consumers fall for the "Half The Price and Just as Good" deals because they do not educate themselves. Later they find out that their hard earned money was just whisked away out of the box or a just weeks or a couple of months after using their bogus water ionizers. On the other side of the spectrum, uneducated consumers also fall for the over-rated knock-offs - those that are marketed with the "beefy" power supply of a gazillion watts and a gazillion electrode plates.

Optimum Kangen Water Machine Configuration

Research has shown that having an electrolytic chamber bearing more than 7 platinum coated titanium solid plates of about 7 inches by 5 inches in dimension and powered by a solid power transformer with more than 230 watts do not improve the quality of ionized water. Beyond that, the limiting factor is the quality of the water itself. To produce 2.5 pH strong acidic water and 11.5 pH strong Kangen water, Enagic engineers designed the introduction of an electrolytic enhancer into the water stream. There is strong criticism against having sodium hypochlorite (a bleach reagent) and the sodium chloride (common table salt) solution in the electrolyte enhancer.

However, the review sites intentionally and conveniently omit mention of the rinse down cycle and you do not drink strong acidic water and strong Kangen water. The rinse cycle cleans up the electrolytic chamber before you get into the drinking water operation again. Regarding the alleged environmental and dietary harm, the common U.S. household more likely puts out more bleach from their laundry and takes in more salt from their Standard American Diet (S.A.D.)

How Test Results Can Be Skewed To Make an Inferior Water Ionizer Brand Look Better
The most disturbing and misleading comparison that bogus water ionizer review sites show is the Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) measurements. ORP of the water being tested depends on 1) the flow rate, 2) on the content of the electrolytic chamber immediately prior to the test and most importantly, 3) the scale buildup in the electrolytic chamber.

You can hardly detect the same flow rates on their video by the relative size of the water stream. Note that a more open faucet valve increases actual throughput without increasing the size of the stream. The stream size is usually constricted by the aperture of the pipe. When a 9.5 pH alkaline water from an Enagic Leveluk SD501 is showing an ORP measurement in the -100 to -200 milliVolt range (like the other competitor measurements), there are only 3 reasons. First, the valve position is more open. Second, there was acid water in the chamber right before the test. Third, there is considerable scale build up in the electrolytic chamber.

The Common Enemy of All Water Ionizers
The bogus review sites do not mention that scale build up over time will gradually decrease ORP in the water coming out from ALL water ionizers including Enagic machines. In fact, severe scale buildup will make any water ionizer useless. While scaled up water ionizers may not or may still generate alkaline ionized water, the ORP will be at or just slightly below the ORP of the incoming water stream. The ORP will be in the positive range which means oxidizing instead of antioxidizing,

This is the point when you will not get any benefit from drinking ionized water because the water ionizer electrolysis plates are fouled up with extreme scale build up. This is exactly the reason why over time, the excitement over ionized water wanes - not because the placebo effect goes away - but because the active properties are measurably gone! Enagic Leveluk SD510 owners who never service their water ionizers also sadly get this experience and later mistakenly think they overspent money. You should see actual ionizer plates with extreme scale buildup caused by high water hardness, poor scale prevention design, and poor ionizer maintenance. I have pictures of plugged up ionizer plates posted on my website. When you see these pictures, you would not want to be drinking the water that flows through these plates!

How Much Does It Cost To Replace Throw Away Water Ionizers in Comparison To One That Lasts 15 Years
Although they mention about the automatic means of cleaning to prevent scale buildup, the bogus sites that give fake kangen water reviews conveniently omit very important service factors. If you want a throw away type of water ionizer, you can disregard these two facts about Enagic.

Enagic provides a cleaning powder unit (CPU) and food grade citric acid powder conveniently packed in single use sachets. This will allow you to manually do citric acid cleaning on a regular basis in the convenience of your home. An instructional video that shows the simple citric acid cleaning process is posted on my website. This acid cleaning process also applies to Enagic's clone killer, the SunUS that is priced at only $1,280.
Enagic is also the only company in the industry to offer a fee-based annual routine deep scale cleaning. This service is available at its service centers around the world. Loaners are available and you do have to arrange that ahead of time.

When you become an Enagic Leveluk SD501 owner and regularly descale your machine using the in-home citric acid cleaning process and the annual deep scale cleaning, you can look forward to consistent Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) measurements up to -800 milliVolts and a 15 to 20 year water ionizer lifespan.

A Little Device That You Should Have If You Drink Ionized Alkaline Water
For a measly $100, you can buy a simple Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) meter and literally test the waters for yourself. Unfortunately, the ORP meter probes do not last long. You have to replace them every 18 months. So do not fall for water ionizers that have built in ORP meters for the reason that the lifespan of the ORP probe could limit the lifespan of your water ionizer. You won't even know you were taken by frivolous claims if you do not measure the properties of the ionized water that these knock off water ionizer brands produce. Do measure ORP over time because ORP dissipates. Take measurements - in several intervals of hours - after you collect the water up for up to 24 to 48 hours after. Do not be taken, if these Kangen Water reviews, tell you that you do not need better than -400 milliVolts of ORP. The better ORP gives you that allowance for the ORP to dissipate while you store your water in a container for later consumption. You will be surprised to find out how invariably unstable the ORP of the water will be from different candidate water ionizer brands.

Take It For A Test Drive

If you are not convinced of any of the benefits of alkaline ionized water, regardless of the brand, do test drive. Try their alkaline water out. Ask for fresh alkaline water samples over 21 days from your candidate source. Do not fall for the excuse that all alkaline ionized water is the same. They are not. That is why there are different price points. Do you think all gasoline is the same? Of course not. Also make sure that the alkaline water you are sampling comes from the equivalent unit that you intend to buy. If you are sampling from the $3.980 Enagic Leveluk SD510, do not expect the same results when you buy and bring home the $1,280 Enagic SunUS.

When you are sampling Kangen water, make sure you are replenishing better than every two or three days. The fresher, the better. If you are replenishing only once a week or every other week, stop wasting your time and don't give your Kangen distributor false hopes of you buying a Kangen water machine when you get results. You will not likely get the results you are hoping for because the ORP will have dissipated after the second or third day. I cover sampling instructions in more detail in one of my websites dedicated just for that purpose.

High Quality Makes Safety A Number One Priority
Most water ionizer reviews do not also get into the safety issue. Like cars, prices vary depending on their crash safety rating. In water ionizers, the quality of the material and the manufacturing process of the electrolysis plates are major safety considerations. So far, Enagic is the only manufacturer that claims it is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 certified. ISO 13485 is proof of adherence to a comprehensive management system for the design and manufacture of medical devices.

Platinum is more inert than titanium but it is too expensive to be exclusively used to make the solid electrolysis plates. Forget mesh plates. Mesh plates get plugged up with scale build up too fast to worry about platinum coating wear out. Platinum plating of solid titanium plates is the industry standard not only because of the inertness of platinum but also small traces of platinum are considered beneficial to human health. When the titanium core is exposed because the low quality platinum coating flakes off or because the design is flawed, titanium poisoning may result to the person drinking from a poor quality water ionizer.

Compare Apples Versus Apples
Also make sure the kangen water reviews are comparing water ionizers that are the same caliber - the same price points, the same number of plates, and the same surface area of plates. For example, they should compare a three plate ionizer with other three plate ionizers. Compare ionizers with five plate. Compare ionizers with seven plates. Do not get tricked by water ionizer reviews that mix and match different calibers of water ionizers. You know that a 6 cylinder car will perform better than a 4 cylinder car so you can expect that their price points will be different. So why would you fall for a water ionizer review site that compares a 5 plate ionizer with a 7 plate ionizer or compares a $1,000 ionizer with a $4,000 unit? Enagic does have water ionizers priced from $1,280 that will out last any water ionizer you can buy on the internet - so do not let low price fool you. You will always get what you pay for.

Now You See Them, Now You Don't
New water ionizer internet retailers are scary sources to buy from regardless of price point. These new businesses generally have shorter expected lifespan than the more proven and established companies like the solid 37 year old Enagic. Water ionizer internet retailers can also easily hide behind the internet veil of anonymity, voicemail, and email when customer service issues arise. When you buy from a direct seller, you can get back to them personally on a first name basis much easier for whatever purpose you need to call them. The main company of the direct selling agent is also available if the agent cannot service directly.

So What If It Is MLM?
The most misleading comparison is how water ionizers are sold. The criticism on Enagic is the "MLM" model of 8 layers of mark ups that supposedly increases the price. From a buyer's perspective, what matters is the price point that gives you the features you want. It does not matter how many times the mark up is split up. The more people on the payroll involved in serving the customer, the better the customer experience will be. There will always be a mark up as part of the total price and it will always be split up regardless of who you buy it from.

Water ionizers are typically marked up 60 to 70% of the price so a water ionizer company can remain viably in business. The companies that decide not to keep this mark up and reduce the price usually just become bankrupt and go out of business sooner. What that means to you is that if your water ionizer retailer goes out of business sooner, you will not be able to get warranty service or replacement filter supplies anymore.

Not All MLMs Are The Same
Some water ionizer reviews also make it appear that the MLM business model is like that of the 80's when a lot of people lost their money in illegal schemes. They don't tell you that Enagic is a member of the prestigious Direct Selling Association (DSA). The DSA is the national trade association of the leading firms that manufacture and distribute goods and services sold directly to consumers continuously monitored under a strict code of ethics. Approximately 200 companies are members of the association, including many well-known brand names, while there are tens of thousands of network marketing companies that fail to qualify into DSA membership.

If you still think all MLM companies are illegal, you need to know that people like Warren Buffet and Donald Trump own and endorse the network marketing business model. MLM has come a long way. People are scammed into MLM because they think they can earn money by just joining the business or buying the product. MLM companies come and go just like any other business. You have to get training and work it to make any money. That means you have to get leads and sales outside your own friends and family.

Final Thoughts
So if you are considering the "Half the Price and Just as Good" Deal or the "Beefy and Over-rated" Deal, do think again. You do have two choices. 1) Buy a throw away water ionizer that you have to replace every so often depending on the hardness of your source water; or 2) Buy a high quality serviceable water ionizer that will last you 15 to 20 years of service when properly maintained.

Top 10 Questions About Growing Garlic For Profit

Many people have questions before they start their own garlic-growing business. Here are 10 FAQs about a garlic-growing business. Think about the questions and answers, and soon you could be on your way to success with your own garlic business:

1. Is garlic really a profitable plant?

It sure is. According to the Fresh Garlic Association, garlic is the second most-used spice in the entire world. Last year alone, Americans consumed over 300 million tons of garlic. That's right, 300 million tons. With prices as high as $7 a pound for gourmet garlic, why not get your share?

2. How do you become a successful grower?

In addition to growing healthy plants you simply need to grow what people want. Toyota needs to make a car people want to drive. Apple needs to make a computer that people like to use. It's the same for your garlic business. Talk to businesses and consumers and find out exactly what varieties of garlic they're looking for. Grow those. It's as simple as that. Hint: Elephant garlic and hard neck garlic are best sellers in most areas.

3. What Ph balance does your soil need to be?

Your garlic needs to grow in healthy soil. Be sure to take care of any weed, pest and other disease problems. In particular, your soil's pH balance should be between 6.2 and 6.8. Have it tested, or test it yourself with a simple tester, and make sure your soil is not too acidic or alkaline.

4. Where can you sell your garlic?

There are many places. The best for small growers include: farmers' markets, roadside stands, mail-order sales, produce brokers, supermarkets, organic food distributors, food co-ops, making value-added products and more.

5. Should you grow in raised beds?

Growing your garlic in raised beds is recommended. A raised bed that is six inches tall and 30 inches wide should do the trick. Raised beds are a better way to grow garlic, because they provide good drainage and allow for closer plant spacing, which can double yield per square foot.

6. How close together can you plant garlic?

In general, you want to plant your garlic as close together as possible. When starting out, that means planting them about four to six inches apart. As you get more experience using raised beds, you might be able to plant them as close together as three inches apart.

7. There are two types of garlic. Which should you grow?

There are two main types of garlic: soft neck and hard neck. Soft neck is what is usually in grocery stores. Hard neck is the type you should be growing. It produces more flavors than soft neck and can grow in colder climates. It also can make you a bigger profit. Elephant garlic is another best-seller.

8. What gardening tools should you have?

These are some of the recommended garden tools that will make growing garlic much easier: a digging fork, hoe, and a lightweight tiller, such as a Mantis.

9. How much does gourmet garlic routinely sell for?

Gourmet garlic, such as elephant garlic or gourmet hard neck varieties, will generally make you more money. Currently, elephant garlic often sells for $7 a pound.

10. What are some good watering tips?

Your garlic will need a lot of water as it grows. Give it the water it needs, but don't over-water your garlic either. In particular, your garlic will need a lot of water between May and July. When it's about two or three weeks away from harvest time, then you should cut way back on watering.

How To Bathe

Bathing, particularly in bath tubs and lakes, is very important to the human body. It is a process that cleanses not only the body but also the mind. People of different ages bathe in different ways that is essential of their body. The alternative to bathing is instead of drawing a tub of water, the water comes from above falling down upon the bather's body. This method however, is typically faulty because it can more easily break or cause discomfort while bathing. If this happens then one should go to the company Custom Mirrors for replacement shower doors.

Babies are typically bathed with a mild soap usually made from sheep's milk, because of its soothing qualities. First, babies should be placed in lukewarm water either in a shallow bath or even a sink. It is important not to make the water too hot otherwise a baby's fragile skin could burn. Then using a soft towel, babies should then be gently scrubbed and rinsed in fresh water without suds. It is very important to dry babies off completely and then powder their soft skin using baby powder. If this is not done, then babies can develop a red itchy rash that is hot to the touch.

Young children and toddlers should be placed in a bath tub filled with warm water and soapy bubbles. Children often like to play with bubbles by pretending to have bubble beards or by floating toy boats on them. It is important, at this stage, to begin to teach kids the importance of bathing and cleaning oneself. Small children can be bathed together but once they begin to mature they should be separated as not to cause confusion or dissatisfaction between siblings. Children should be taught to wash their own hair but should be supervised until at least their 7th birthday. Any sooner could cause children to grow up with unsavory washing habits that would displease their future mate.

Teenagers need a whole new set of bathing techniques in order to clean their bodies. Females should begin to shave their legs and armpits using a gentle triple bladed razor with a double conditioning strip for softness. Legs should be shaved approximately once a week while armpits should be shaved as often as every day. Teenage boys desperately need to focus on washing under their armpits where they have started to sweat and grow forests of hair. Teenagers of both sexes should wash and condition their hair according to type and use a strong soap preferably made from llama or alpaca milk because of its cleaning strength and special odor removing qualities.

Adults certainly have a more evolved washing style. As when they were teenagers, shaving should continue as well as a routine hair washing technique according to texture and thickness of hair. Adults often have other steps involved, for instance soap made from mule milk helps to toughen the skin against wrinkles and soap made from cow, goat and squirrel offers softness and the unique quality of attracting a mate.

Gutter cables are just one of the best solutions for gutters not to be filled with water during winter.

Placements of heat trace cables on roofs or in gutters to melt ice during winter months. When used in gutters the cable is not meant to keep the gutters free of ice and/or snow which is a common misconception. The purpose is to keep a free path for the melted water to get off the roof and down the downspout or drain piping.

Common gutter cables are heat plug-in self-regulating heating cables that are designed for residential and commercial roof & gutter de-icing applications. These cables are installed on roofs and placed inside gutters and downspouts to create and maintain drain paths for water.

There is no doubt that gutter cleaning is important for any home owners. Leaves, dirt, twigs, sediment and other items can clog your gutters and downspouts and create other expenses if left unchecked. Snow on the roof is causing more issue especially if the gutter is filled with snow.

This is where companies have stepped in with gutter covers and gutter guards that will prevent you from having to ever clean your rain gutters again. There are different gutter guards like a gutter cable which is available in different market areas as of today.

Salt Water In A Container, Is This Actually All Asea Is?

A bottle of salt water? Is this all that Asea amounts too? Well let's take a closer look at this company and what it's all about.

Asea themselves say that their product is actually based on 16 years of solid research, the product has also been highly endorsed by many top athletes who say they have broken personal records since taking the product. The main concern is that the ingredients sodium chloride and water basically amount to salt water! I've never tried the product myself so I won't go casting aspersions. The product claims to have Redox signalling molecules which basically help our bodies to make better use of naturally occurring anti oxidants, it also signals the increased release of energy and boosts the immune system.

You can get more information at the Asea.com website, it will be an interesting read!

Either way you look at it there isn't really an Asea scam, there is a real product here that is doing some good for some people!

Born in 2009, Asea is becoming more well known now. It was founded by Verdis Norton and James Pack, Verdis took the idea to James who then whipped out his cheque book! Verdis and James are very well versed in the world of business, James successfully built a telecom consulting company and Verdis served on the management board for Kraft Foods for 30 years, so they both know what it takes to succeed in business. Interestingly though neither had experience of network marketing.

Asea HQ is in Utah, near the lovely Wasatch mountains.

How will you make some dosh with Asea?

They are pretty standard in that they operate a binary compensation plan, it's well worth reading up on how this works. If you build your team correctly then it can be a very lucrative payout system! You have 7 ways to earn, these are, sales, check match, directors bonus, preferred customer bonus, fast start bonuses and if you can get that far there is the leadership pool

So there are plenty of ways to earn money with this company.

The company seems to be gaining some momentum, but they do have to overcome the hurdle of the products essentially being saltwater. I would suggest anyone in this company to be 100% sure that they believe in the product, the best way is to try it for yourself.

One of the biggest problems Asea distributors will face (as will any Network Marketer) is a lack of leads. To be honest, if you want to see some real action in your business you really need to be getting at least 30 leads per day. When you get to this sort of lead flow you generally find that you will be selling products and sponsoring into your business on a weekly basis, which is when your business begins to take off in an upward direction. You also want to be generating a cash flow from as many of your leads as possible, even from those who DO NOT join your Asea business!

Once you have solved these 2 problems, you are on the road to success.
