If there is a negative aspect of doing any business online it would be because of the volume of competition and the fact that so many people are selling the exact same items. It is also a good thing to know that other people are able to sell similar or same items. It lets you know that there is a market for this sort of business.
There is also the bad flavor left in a lot of people's mouths after being ripped off by many marketers that have taken advantage of so many people in a very short period of time. The internet has been around for a little while now, but in the big picture it is still in its infancy. Who really knows just how far it will go.
The good part of all of this is that you aren't too late to get onboard and see where it will go. If you are satisfied being an innocent bystander then so be it. Let someone else take the time to learn how to market their products online and make a passive income. It is your choice.

You can opt out of almost all unsolicited email at any given time. Make sure you use even if you did actually provide the email to the marketer. You never have to accept any email from anyone. If you don't want it delete it. Make sure you don't even open the letter if it doesn't look right. Just immediately hit the delete button and then make sure you get it out of your system. There is no need to take any chances.
If you are not happy with any purchases that you make online then make sure that you have read the return policy. If you didn't read it before then make sure you read it sometimes and don't cry about a mistake that you made by not reading it in the first place.
Even though there are some bad aspects of shopping online you will still find a lot of good buys and if you use credible sites then you will also have a feedback mechanism that you can report the sellers and that helps keep them on the up and up. Bad feedback should mean bad sales.
