Anyone getting involved is going to have to be patient as they put the systems in place to get the calls routed and tracked out to the field and their prediction is around November or December of 2010. During that time you need to be patient and unfortunately people don't have patience these days. It's essential that if you get involved at all, you stick with the program until the live system rolls out.

With the main thrust of sponsoring being the future of taking live TV calls, the wait will surely make some people quit as they are faced with the task of selling product and sponsoring friends and family for a number of months. Yet, prior to the live system is when you really need to be building your organization because the rewards come when the at-home agent calls go live. If you can't wait, don't get involved.

The Volume Explosion

Once the system goes live, the volume of product through the use of television is pretty remarkable. In my last company I had agents in my organization that were moving $5000-$15000 worth of products every month. Thus, the skill level of the call taker (you) is critical to the success of the business model. Expect extensive training if the opportunity is done right.

Your success is going to depend on a Number of Factors

Your success will depend on your ability to learn and be effective on the phone with scripts, upsells and downsells and your ability to relate to the consumer. You will also have a customer base of your own customers to follow up with for more future sales of existing products or new products as they become available.

Your success as a network marketer will be dependant on your ability to get to work and sponsor people to build an organization prior to the live system coming on board so your volume growth that will occur will be meaningful as it relates to your paycheck.

The Challenges Facing Regeneca

The first challenge is going to be keeping people motivated and plugged in long enough to have the patience to wait for the live system.

The second challenge is going to be taking the company public later in the year which is the plan to generate cash in an economy that may or may not be receptive to a public offering of this kind.

The third challenge is to make sure that you sponsor people that have a reserve of cash to invest in the business, because taking the calls isn't cheap. The calls can range from $10-$20 per call. The strategy is to break even or even lose a little money on the first call, but to make profit from the reorders when the people get on an autoship program which they will undoubtedly be offered. If you have the resources to take calls for a few months and the products are of a noticeably good quality this strategy can really pay off. If the products don't produce measurable results for the consumer, reorders may be few and your profitability will suffer accordingly.

The last challenge and the largest one for this business model from my experience is the scalability of this business model. In other words, can this company grow to 50,000 or 100,000 independent business owners and actually deliver the calls to 10,000 or 20,000 people at a time. That is a major challenge as every network marketer wants to build a large organization for the huge paycheck and it may be inherently limited by the company's ability to deliver the calls. Additionally, every product as an on-air life cycle, so new products need to be introduced to keep the calls flowing.

Conclusion

This business model merges to very dynamic and interesting concepts that bring about their own unique set of problems once combined. If you view this business as a conventional network marketing opportunity without the expectation of the live call system performing miracles for your business you'll be just fine.

The ability to have a substantial product income generated by this system is very real if you take the calls on a consistent basis and you hone your skills to that of a professional. Huge personal product movement is rare in the network marketing industry and this can lead to big paychecks if you build an organization.

The obvious challenge then becomes building your business by conventional network marketing methods and for most people this is a recipe for failure.
